Looked good, but delayed delivery was a nightmare.
Extrremely delayed delivery and a poor quality tape provided, so the product purchased came off whilst driving on the motorway..

Hello Aydro, thanks for your feedback. I'm sorry to hear that you've experienced issues with your order, however, I cannot find any record of you contacting us to try and resolve your issues after your order was received.
We provided you with a partial refund of £35 as a goodwill gesture due to the delays with your order, which you happily accepted. Shortly after, you emailed our support team to let us know that after fitting the spoiler, it flew off when driving your car. This is down to the incorrect fitment methods being used by yourself, which is out of our control. This is something we cannot be held accountable for.
All of our products are quality checked before they are dispatched, and, in the event of a product being received by a customer that has substandard quality, we will happily send out a replacement free of charge. Unfortunately, on this occasion, you did not report substandard quality to us, so we could not offer you a suitable resolution, which we would have happily offered given the opportunity.
If you would like to discuss the matter further, please contact our support team. We'd be glad to assist you with this matter further.

Hello Aydro, thanks for your edited review. I can see you have mentioned that the tape provided was poor quality, however we never received any feedback regarding the tape, which prevented us from offering you a suitable resolution. We always recommend professional installation with all our products. You chose to install the product yourself, which has resulted in the product not being secured to the car correctly and thus leading to the loss of the product while driving. We cannot be held accountable for this.

Grille turned up broken and paddles a month later, would recommend avoiding if you like cars.

I'd like to clarify that we do not order parts from China on the fly, we respond to all messages within 1 working day and all emails within 2 working days, we do not ignore any messages. If an item turns up broken, we'll either sort out a full refund or a replacement, we definitely would not ignore your messages and leave you without a resolution, customer satisfaction is our number one goal.

Amazing quality products the carbon mirror caps for the MK7 golf fitted just as good as the standard ones. Customer service was spot on!! And they arrived sooner than expected..!!
