Product won’t stick on a surface…
Product won’t stick on a surface pointing downwards and having to use other fixings/staples to try and stop the led strips falling off. May well be 3M but it’s not got the adhesion that it needs.

Unfortunately
Unfortunately, I will never use this branch again. There is a woman working there with large glasses and black hair who always seems unhappy and never smiles. It’s impossible to know what kind of mood she will be in.
During my first visit, she created a customer account for me but mixed up all my details my name, surname, email and address. On my second visit, nobody in the store could even find my account in the system. Fortunately, I had a paper invoice from the previous visit and brought it with me, so we were eventually able to identify the purchase.
However, the real issue appeared when I tried to return some unused profiles. I was told that those items did not exist in the system at all. It seems they were sold to me but never entered into the system. Because of this, I was unable to return them.
The staff member simply looked at me with a blank face and offered no solution at all.
Based on this experience, I will not be using this company again and unfortunately cannot recommend it to others.

After reviewing our records, we were unable to find any evidence that the items you attempted to return were purchased from our store. Unfortunately, without a valid record of sale or items appearing on an invoice, our team is unable to process a return. This is standard policy for all retailers.
Our staff did try to locate the purchase using the details provided a few times for you but were unable to find those items in our system.

Ordering LEDs for my kitchen felt like…
Ordering LEDs for my kitchen felt like a really overwhelming task, no idea what I'd need! I found a tutorial online, but couldn't quite match up what it said I needed to the products on the site. I emailed, not expecting a reply quickly if at all, but Hassan got back to me in a flash with the products I needed and a payment link, and when I told him I'd already gone ahead and ordered what I thought I needed (back to the fact I didn't think anyone would reply!), he helped troubleshoot and doublecheck that my order would work as intended. Goods arrived in less than 24hrs. Excellent customer service.
