My bank contacted me after I tried to pay to this company. Luckily my bank denied the charge, and several subsequent charge attempts from various "companies" in Hong Kong and China. The credit card had to be closed. Now I have a huge job to change my card information everywhere, memorize new PIN and CVC.

If I could give no stars I would. Purchased an advertised French beauty cream and received a Chinese knock off which is completely different. I would never put it near my face. The packaging is in Chinese and the consistency is different. When I complained they said I got what I ordered and offered me 2 dollars for good will. SCAMMERS!!!!!!!!

Will not send you what you think your getting. They show the right picture of your product, but its not what you get, then they offer 2.00 for a refund.

Dopo aver confermato ordine e prezzo, addebitano su paypal il 20% in più, non rispondono alla richiesta immediata di annullamento e rimborso, dopo 3-4 giorni spediscono l’oggetto dicendo che non hanno fatto in tempo a bloccarlo. Poi rimborsano solo il 20% aggiunto “per errore dal loro sistema” . Peccato che sia SEMPRE così .
Truffatori da quattro soldi. SCAM!

If I could give a zero I would! I waited for four weeks and didn't receive the order. When I contacted them telling them that I had not received order, they said that it was delivered and gave me an address. I responded the city was not right on the address and I put on the correct address. They told me to go to contact the post office. When I said no, they never responded to me. I didn't get the order and wasn't never contacted again. I waited again and messaged them saying I didn't hear back and they still didn't respond. I emailed up until August 2024 and still no response.

Ok the bras I ordered do not fit there to sm, one of the ID way to sm, I did not know they came from China they always make clothes to sm, I'll need to send them back or get my money back .I love the feel of them on my skin so soft.and love the design. Please help me

I received the wrong colour, and they refuse me to return it or get me my money back. They keep saying that I got what I ordered, but my order clearly says otherwise.
Stay away. Customer service sucks!

Purchased some wire free support bras and they were WAY too small....even though I followed their size chart. When I contacted them they told me the size I ordered was accurate with what they sent. I sent them measurements of the bra verses my measurements and that alone was proof because my measurements were at least 20 cm more than the bra! I was livid!!! They offered to give me $5 back on a purchase that was completely useless to me! They also asked if maybe I could give them to someone the could fit. Really? SMH.....BEWARE!!!!

I had the same experience as another reviewer with their sis"er company Sob"eeriond.c"m - wish I had read these reviews first.
It is a SCAM.
I tried to cancel as soon as I realised they give no delivery timeframe, 5 mins after I ordered, and they said it had already been dispatched so they couldn't cancel.
I was also overcharged - paid via PayPal and luckily checked the amount and they had used GBP instead of USD to overcharge me $13, which they said was a "system error" - but it was an obvious scam tactic.
The 2 sofa covers that arrived are different shades, wonky, don't cover the sofas properly, and different to the description online. The packaging was ripped and they weren't packaged well. They are now avoiding my messages.
Definitely a scam. Avoid! I'm still trying to get a refund.

Do NOT order from this company. If they make an error they will never fix it. Not only did they overcharge me (which they did refund), but they sent me the wrong product. I have been trying for 2 months to get them to send me the correct product or send me a refund. You just go back & forth in a chat room.
So I wasted $50 because I can’t cover my entire couch & they only want to refund me $6

With these available everywhere on the internet, I really vetted all the ones I could find to make sure I was getting good quality, and this shop does not disappoint!! I got the dark red one and the color was exactly what I ordered. It’s super comfy, stays put, and doesn’t itch. Can’t wait to get a second color for next year!
