I ordered a double bed cover. A cot blanket arrived! No use to me so I asked for my substantial sum of money back, I keep asking, over and over, for an address to send the item back I just get the run around. Do not trust this company!

They aren’t honest,I have no advice to them ,,, I ordered 2 mattress on 4 April 2023 I paid USD171 till now I didn’t receive my order ,,,my order #11947s70026,,,,,, many emails has been sent and they always ask me to be patient!!!!!!!!!!!!!

False advertising, the sofa covers I received are not fit for purpose. Have asked to return and have been given the run around, offering to refund $10 of a $60 order. Do not trust this company!

Absolutely abysmal, demanded my money back, got a refunded for the overcharge, which they said was a system,failure took 20 emails to finally get an dispatch, and tracking number, issuing many threats, of involving police and such like,it remains to be seen if the product is of the quality they describe, bearing in mind, it was just shy of 80quid, my advice to not go anywhere near this company, I paid with credit card, so had the security of that, I'm sure they will surface under a different name, my intention is to be all over their adverts,and warn people, beware of them

They advertisement is very deceiving, I ordered what I thought it was a set of sofa covers and when I received my order it was only one cover, what am I supposed to do with one cover?? Doesn’t match anything!! I’ll never buy from this company again, and they customer service is also awful, you feel that you’re dealing with machines and not humans.

Full on scam! Took months for items to arrive. I ordered and paid for 8 covers and and eventually received 3. Had my emails replied to until I requested a refund for the 5 covers I didn’t receive. No reply since.

The so called customer service claims that my post office returned the covers to an unknown location ( not the company’s warehouse ). I never received any notice of delivery by the post office . I was offered two options by Uniqueabund 1) to buy new sofa covers, but then I have to pay for the lost ones incl. shipping costs or 2) get a refund less the value of the “lost” covers and the shipping costs I.e. nothing …
