Only prop firm that when you reach your daily loss limit they breach your account. Not happy with this experience. Wont be doing anymore business until your rules are reviewed

El día 13feb26, solicite un retiro por 4950 de una cuenta de 100K, me informaron que se procesan en 24horas, ya han pasado 7 dias y nada, antes me respondían los correos, ahora cuando me responden me dicen que esta en Validación, no me dan una fecha y me dejan en el aire, en fin hoy, ha subido de 100k a 117k y no veo que quieran pagar nada, siento hoy que Uprofit es una estafa.

Ya pase 2 evaluaciones con ellos tuve un inconveniente con mi KYC y fue solucionado muy rápido por equipo de soporte muy buena atención

I traded with UProfit for several months, following their terms, conditions, and policies as I read them.

Today, my funded account was permanently closed due to alleged copy trading and alleged connectivity with another account from the same IP address on multiple occasions. The examples provided were limited and inaccurate, as they showed different contract sizes, significant time differences, and different results. In addition, the IP address they allegedly mention is not the same as the IP address I use on my computer. Therefore, many things do not add up in their alleged thorough review.

As I mentioned earlier, I operated for several months with two accounts, which passed the test. I was in the Live account and managed to withdraw money from each one. And on the second withdrawal, this happened, which is suspicious, because at no point did they suspend my withdrawals, meaning that I did not breach any of their conditions, so why now? If their alleged evidence of operations does not match and I can see the difference that it is not copy trading, but now they are looking for thousands of excuses not to pay.

It is understandable that they must follow their policies and enforce them, but with transparency, not with inconclusive and inaccurate evidence.

Finally, I realize from the comments that I am not the first and obviously will not be the last to experience these situations. Just keep in mind that they are looking for ways to close accounts so they don't have to pay for what has been worked for with effort and dedication.

He recibido 2 payouts de parte de Uprofit y todo excelente. Hubo un par de días de inconvenientes con la plataforma pero estuvieron atentos todo el tiempo mediante soporte (que de hecho es uno de los más rápidos que conocí). Por mi parte todo excelente.

Mi experiencia con Uprofit hasta el momento ha sido Excelente, no he tenido ningun percance en cuento a valacuiones tampoco en cuento a retiros de fondos, en las ocaciones que he consultado algun tema en especifico han resuelto con eficiencia.

Es una muy mala empresa cierran cuentas arbitrariamente, y ni siquiera coinciden las dique pruebas que te muestras, siempre la razon por la que te quitan la cuenta al intentar retirar es que hiciste copytrading. Muy mala empresa.

Desde mi punto de vista y basándome en mi experiencia personal, considero que esta empresa utiliza criterios subjetivos para denegar pagos legítimos. En mi caso, tras generar ganancias de $3,000.00, mi cuenta fue cerrada bajo alegaciones de "Copy Trading". Considero que esto es una interpretación arbitraria, ya que poseo pruebas técnicas de diferencias de 32 segundos en mis ejecuciones, lo cual demuestra que mis operaciones fueron manuales.

Lo que considero más importante compartir con la comunidad es que, ante situaciones que consideren injustas, los usuarios tenemos el derecho de reportar estos casos ante las autoridades competentes en EE. UU. Yo ya lo he hecho y animo a otros a no quedarse callados si sienten que sus derechos han sido vulnerados. Actualmente, mi caso está siendo revisado bajo el número #TCP-026071 en la Oficina del Fiscal General de Texas, además de reportes en la CFTC y el BBB.

Es fundamental que documenten todo. La empresa puede intentar que estas experiencias no se conozcan, pero los registros oficiales en Texas y las agencias federales son una vía real para buscar transparencia. En mi opinión, es la única forma de que se tomen en serio nuestros reclamos.

This company is highly misleading and operates with rules that are intentionally confusing for traders.

Your comment does not reflect what actually happened and is based on incomplete or incorrect information. I clearly saw a day loss of 1100 displayed on the account, but the account was not blocked, and I was still able to trade. Because of this, I continued trading and ended up blowing the account.

If the real rule is that a daily loss of 1100 should immediately block the account, then this was not enforced. Instead, the system allowed trading to continue, which puts traders in a position where they are likely to fail and be forced to purchase a new account.

On other platforms, when the daily loss limit is reached, the account is locked and trading resumes the next day. Here, the limit is shown but not applied, which is misleading and creates unnecessary risk for the trader.

Without proper enforcement of the daily loss rule, this setup encourages account failure rather than risk protection.

Je rapporte mon cas personnel: après une demande de paiement, Jai reçu 20% du montant attendu, puis mon compte a été désactivé.
par ailleurs la Data est souvent en retard ce qui impacte directement l'exécution et la prise de décision

I wish I could give this company 15 red stars if they’d even allow it because my experience has been incredibly frustrating. In my case, they temporarily blocked my account twice when I tried to check my investment progress. After the first block, I contacted support and was told to try opening the app the next day, which worked. The same issue happened a second time, and it left me feeling uneasy.
I decided to withdraw my investment, I was blocked again and couldn’t access my account at all. I reached out to support for an explanation, but I didn’t receive a response for weeks. I eventually took legal action, filed a lawsuit and get my money released from captive.
I’m not sure whether screenshots are allowed here, but I wish I could share them so others can see what I went through before deciding whether to open an account with this company
