Amazing fast service by Steve so professional and kind would thoroughly recommend

Steve came on a site visit to my house today, and gave advice on how to fox-proof my garage to prevent the return of some foxes that had been residing there. I was very impressed with Steve’s professionalism, knowledge, commitment to his job and pleasant manner. I would not hesitate to recommend Urban Fox Control London to others. Thank you.

Needed advice on fox control measures for my garden as I have a new puppy. Steve came around to assess and provide a quote. Based on my garden, Steve provided an honest assessment regarding the issues with keeping foxes out. He advised me what to do to keep my puppy safe and what to do to maintain my garden. He also provided information about what does not work in keeping foxes out (again this was based on my personal circumstances) I would throughly recommend his service, there was no sense of him trying to rip me off (which has happened in the past with tradespeople) Good, honest and practical advice, and would highly recommend him and his service. He is also registered with the British Pest Control Association

I was very upset when I discovered a dead fox in our garden this morning - Steve was here within 15 minutes and was so kind and professional I can't recommend enough.

I'm sure anyone who has had foxes living in their garden will know what stress it can cause. Like other people mentioned I'd become nervous about using the garden and so unsure of how to deal with it.
I was so pleased after talking with Steve that I had some solutions. In the end he actually reccomended I not spend my money with him but do things another way which is 100% a sign of someone who does right by people, regardless of the outcome for himself. Would recommend him to everyone and anyone with fox problems.

We've had a family of foxes in our garden who got very aggressive with our dog.

There was an injured fox cub in our back garden. Urban Fox came promptly the next day and removed the injured animal. They also set the necessary traps. While this is an unpleasant matter, Urban Fox was prompt, professional and courteous. Steve was very clear and thorough. Would use again and highly recommend.

We discovered a dead fox in our garden on a Saturday and they came round to remove it and disinfect the area within the hour! Such a relief to have it dealt with so quickly! Brilliant sevice!

In March we discovered a fox behind our barbecue which,from the smell had been dead for several days.The grandchildren were due to visit the next day.Many calls later,including to the Council, all were answerphone or 'can't help for days', Steve at Pest Go promised to be with us in 2 hours. Good to his word he had the body in a bag and cleared away before the end of the day. Perfect service, good value, can't recommend him too highly.
