Bought a pair of Urbanista Miamis for over $200CAD. I’m shocked to have seen so many 4-5 star reviews for these. Not only was the sound quality unremarkable, but the build felt cheap and flimsy as well. The headphones are supposed to stop when they are removed; this failed to work 50-65% of the time. I had to put my finger on and off the sensor to let it know that I was no longer wearing them and THEN it would work. I’m by no means a headphones/sound expert, but all I know is that these are NOWHERE near worth what they’re charging. Feel cheap and the sound quality is probably the same as a $20 headset (if not worse). I think this brand is just charging more than double what it’s worth to make money while they can before people finally catch on that they’re scamming.. definitely not worth more than 2 stars.

Fruktansvärt dålig service. Har hörlurar som inte kunde levereras dom gick tillbaka. Fortfarande 2,5 månad senare så har dom fortfarande inte tagit bort räkningen man ska tydligen betala för grejer som man inte fått. Kommer aldrig mer handla där i från

Urbanista has no support and no where to call. I ordered a headset, and paid - but I still haven’t had my headphones. Pathetic customer support - robbery!

So i use the urbanista lisbon earbuds and i emailed customer support for help regarding how to properly and safely clean them of earwax build up they gave me completely unhelpful ansewer that was generic and vague. Fast forward to yesterday when said earbuds short circuited while charging almost causing a fire they tell me to go to the retailer to make the warranty claim. Like da frick are they supposed to do they just resell em they dont do warranty claims etc

Tar INGET ansvar i garantiärenden, köpte lurar med 2 års garanti som gick sönder efter ett par månader. Mejlade kundtjänst och efter många uteblivna svar fick jag nonsens-svar som i praktiken gick ut på att dom ej tar ansvar för den garanti dom utlovar.
Köp andra fabrikat, ej Urbanista!

Jag har ägt tre par Urbanista Los Angeles som alla knäckts i bågen inom några månader. Kvaliteten på dessa är helt enkelt värdelös trots att de är mycket dyra. När jag kontaktade Urbanista för garantiärende tog de inget ansvar då lurarna inte köpts på deras hemsida. Att det var deras produkt spelade ingen roll. Köp inget härifrån! Jag har hört fler som haft garantiärenden som de helt enkelt inte tar ansvar för.

Almost every time one of the ear pieces is flat, the solar doesn't really work, sound is average at best. SAMSUNG Buds are EXTREMELY better. (but I washed them with my clothes) ha ha
That why I have these cheap ones.

I find the quality of sound good. I like the fact that my ear phones have different sized plugs that fit on so I can choose which fits better in my ears. Mine can also be charged by solar power and have a strap that attaches that you can hang over your head if needed. I have also been in touch with customer service and they answered my questions promptly

I genuine get pissed whenever I see a 5 star review for these. THEY SUCKKKK. The connection is so bad, it now takes me multiples try’s, multiples charging sessions and then multiple “leave it alone’s” for it to finally connect. Then, only one earphone will connect, then only the other one will connect. Not to mention one earphone is much louder than the other. You guys must actually hire high schoolers to build these crappy pieces. Please take a good hard look at your self in the mirror and find the reason why you feel the need to make terrible earphones. Thanks. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND BUY SOMETHING BETTER (LIKE AIRPODS OR ANYTHING ELSE!!) 🤮🤮

I ordered Urbanista Austin earphones and enjoy them a lot! Battery lasts me for a whole day and it doesnt take long time to charge it

Kort och koncist, jag har Urbanista London och nästan direkt så slutade den vänstra hörluren att fungera och den högra spelar såpass lågt ljud att det inte är värt att använda dom!

I wish I could give them zero stars. Their headphones are okay, a bit plasticy and cheap but the worst is the app. It is completely useless, just like their support. It doesn't work at all, it refuses to recognize the headphones even when they are connected and working fine.

Köpte Urbanista Los Angeles p g a dess förmåga att ladda med solljus. Laddnignen fungerar utmärkt, har aldrig behövt koppla i sladden på min kontorsarbetsplats!
Dock är byggkvaliteten usel. Paddingen på ena sidan har spruckit upp så skumgummit syns, Men än värre är att bågen spruckit på samma ställen på varje sida, en klen punkt, helt enkelt. Detta gör att lurarna inte smiter åt och ljudet blir lidande.

I ordered my headphones on the 30th of January (order #10115) - today is the 22nd of February and after emailing them numerous times the last answer I received a week ago that the headphones were already shipped and they are checking the tracking number - what a terribly hard task that takes over 3 weeks to provide a tracking number, and no idea if it’s ever going to be delivered. Honestly, this is the worst customer service I have experienced in the last years. I don’t want the headphones anymore - please refund my money!!!

Il y a un an, j'ai choisi d'acquérir les écouteurs Urbanista Chicago Sport. Malheureusement, ma première paire a connu une durée de vie de seulement six mois, malgré mes précautions. Lors de l'achat de ma seconde paire, j'ai découvert qu'ils étaient couverts par une garantie d'un an. Néanmoins, même avec cette garantie, la deuxième paire a également cessé de fonctionner après six mois d'utilisation. Je ne suis pas une sportive intensive, mais je trouve que ce modèle n'est pas à la hauteur des attentes, même pour un usage occasionnel.

Je ne recommande absolument pas cette marque. De plus, la durée de vie de la batterie est bien en deçà des sept heures promises par l'entreprise, ce qui est extrêmement décevant. Dans l'ensemble, mon expérience avec les écouteurs Urbanista Chicago Sport a été navrante, et je ne peux pas les recommander à d'autres utilisateurs. A ce tarif, autant acheter des écouteurs de grande surface.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!! Ordered headphones on the 4th of January (2024) and received a tracking from them saying the estimated date of arrival will be January 9th. The item was shipped but never delivered. When emailing them they just told me to just keep checking the tracking. However UPS doesn’t provide any updates and as a customer it’s not possible to contact them either. I know the sender is able to do this but when I requested this they didn’t give me any answer. The tracking showed the item was in my city without any other information. Every time I send Urbanista an email, they basically told me just to be patient. Eventually the tracking said the item will be returned to the sender. I was baffled as it had already arrived in my city so even if they were unable to deliver it, I could’ve easily picked it up myself. All this time urbanista didn’t provide any update whatsoever. I had to constantly email them, only to get incomplete answers after days. They told me upon checking there was no problem with my address so once the order has returned they would resend it. The order was returned to their warehouse on January 18th. Upon asking why the order wasn’t delivered, when I can expect the new delivery or just telling them it’s very cumbersome to send the item back to Germany and then to Spain again, they didn’t reply at all. Now on February 5th I still haven’t received it nor have been giving any updates. They have not replied to my last email for a week. I also send them a DM on Instagram without any answer. I told them if I won’t receive my order soon I will unfortunately feel obliged to write a bad review.
Please save yourself the trouble: DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

3 weeks after ordering I still have not received any update on the status of my order which has not been shipped yet. Poor customer service that justified the longer wait with a "system update" and lies on the fact that the object was shipped when it doesn't say so on the website. Do not accept a request of refund.
