Urbanista took my money three months ago but will never send the headphones. I have sent over 100 email inquiries. I got one or two replies, saying, "I will check on that and get back to you."

They never get back to me. They answer 1% of my inquiries. I will have to dispute the charge with the credit card company.

I don't know...do they EVEN SELL HEADPHONES???

Bought a pair of earphones, and they were great for a short period. Then the left earpod went really quiet, it still works. If you put volume up full blast and only put the left pod in you can hear it, but just barely.

I contacted company and received a reply to say they'd respond in 1-2 working days.

2 weeks later I had to follow up my initial request.

A week later I received the bog standard cut & paste reply to an issue I wasn't having. I replied pointing this out. Received a reply to say they'd contact me in 1-2 days.

A week later I received the same useless cut & paste. I replied to ask to escalate as they're not reading my issue.

Received a reply to say 1-2 days. Still waiting.

I have had my Urbanista London earphones for almost 3 years now so I think I‘m qualified to give my opinion. I had researched tediously and thought I would invest a bit more so they could last longer - less electronics garbage and all that.
The problem? They work terribly. In between there were months with no issues, but the amount of different problems I had with these earphones is unbelievable. Unable to connect, only one working, case not charging, earphones not charging, earphones not connecting to the case, battery running out quickly, etc etc.
When I wrote to the support within the first year (covered by my 1 year warranty), they told me to smash (!) the earphones and send them pictures as proof. That just makes me think that they know how trashy their product is and that it is not worth repairing.
They sell on Amazon for 40€ now instead of the unhinged 149€ that Urbanista charges on their website. Makes much more sense.
I don’t recommend them. Go look elsewhere for quality earphones.

The headphones were okay for as long as they lasted (6 months). I’ve contacted customer support for a refund, as I am well within my warranty. Since then, multiple emails went back and forth, pictures of the destroyed headphones, multiple inquiries on my part regarding the refund status. The whole process has been going on for weeks, and I’m still waiting on the refund that apparently has been issued 2 weeks ago. I have never experienced a more frustrating and tiresome exchange with customer support.

My headphones broke and I was told to destroy them and they would replace them but after 7 weeks of almost no respones out of multiple emails for updates i only recived copy pasted responses. Finally got through to them to refund the headphone but to first do the whole process over again of posting the photos of destroyed headphopnes again after 7 weeks of waiting. Ok headphoes but nothing special and terrible custumer service!

Cuffie spaziali, belle comode e alla moda, ottima riproduzione del suono, super facili da collegare al dispositivo per riprodurre la musica. Non dimentichiamoci poi che la migliore cuffia per musica che andremo a scegliere dovrà anche essere la più adatta ai generi musicali che ascoltiamo maggiormente.

The design is super nice and the tone is really fantastic!
I have the Urbanista Miami in white and can only recommend it to you.
In everyday life or during sports.
The outside noise is completely blocked out and you can just enjoy the music.
I am very happy.

There was an issue with my order, and I wasn't aware of it they immediately responded and to let me know. They fixed the issue and I had my Seol Electric Blue headphones in less than a week. The sound is absolutely amazing, noise canceling works so well. The bass is so intense it drives me to the best work out. Thank you Urbanista.

I ordered Cophenagen Sage Green on 1st of July. However, I still haven’t got any tracking number about shipping details. Also, I mailed two times to support center, raised a support ticket and sent them a dm through instagram but haven’t got any reply. Is it scam company or what?? Can anyone help if you have the same problem.

I got the Seoul Blue Earbuds and I love the quality. It was a great investment and I recommend it to anyone still on the fence!

I got the Phoenix earphones and I absolutely love them! They are comfortable, offer noise canceling technology and the most incredible self charging case.

My headphones are amazing! The comfortability and the noise-canceling is amazing!! I would recommend to anyone that needs new headphones that are worth it!

Obsessed with these solar powered head phones. They never run out of battery because they charge in sunlight and light within your home. The perfect gym headphones :)
