Connect ok etc but it is impossible to adjust the volume. No instructions on how to with the manuel and when I looked it up on line was difficult to find the instructions. Apparently there is a vol... Toon meer

Brilliant!

Brilliant sound quality and aesthetically pleasing. So easy to use as you don’t have to charge the headphones!

Love the headphones

I got the Los Angeles headphones, and I’m obsessed. It’s really cute and practical! Love the fact that is solar powered as well. Love it so much and I highly recommend the product.

Great Product

I ordered the Atlanta steel blue earbuds. Great product and company. The earbuds are noise canceling, so when I’m at the gym, I can block out background noise and really focus on my workout. The earbuds have a soft tip so they don’t hurt my ears like others. Definitely recommend this product.

Brilliant LA headphones

I got the LA headphones and they are brilliant! Very clear audio and stylish too. Noise cancellation is perfect and the battery life for me is fine😍

I have the London

I have the London. I’ve had them in one month. The battery life on the headphones lasts about 35 to 40 minutes. And the Bluetooth keeps disconnecting. I have the latest software on my phone and no issues with my phone or other Bluetooth devices. I spoke to Customer Service and they said go back to the shop in the shop said it’s not their problem. So what do you do? The device is absolutely useless.

Amazing!

The Los Angeles headphones are the best headphones I’ve ever had! 😍 I am using them right now as I’m writing this review. Be careful because your family will probably want to borrow them 😂

Bad product, even worse customer service

The product quality is either terrible or I received a defective product. Customer service is TERRIBLE. Their return policy online says that products are returnable but *only* if you buy from their website. The rep sent me a link to a different policy that specified “online”/ directly from them and proceeded to tell me it wasn’t different. They did not resolve the issue by any means. I’m not one to write reviews but this experience had me fuming! Even if they couldn’t resolve it the way they went about it was trash.
