The Los Angeles Urbanista headphones are a game-changer! Being solar-powered means that I don't have to worry about charging them, and the sound quality is fantastic. I have the Sand Gold which are super stylish.

The delivery was fast and the customer service was incredible.

Best for running so far!!! Long lasting and they stay there no matter what!

I place and order on the 27th of April, everything aparently when well and shippement confirmation was send, the problem was they used Amazon shipping they said they attempt the delivery but surprise I was at home and no one came!
The second attempt they said I refused the package, I didn’t ! I contact urbanista and they send me another one and same has happens so i still waiting for a quite expensive headphones that I never will have! 🤬

This is not a serious business and I would advise you not to purchase anything from them. Their products are of very low quality and their customer support is a joke.

I received a pair of urbanista headphones as a Christmas gift a few years ago. They stopped working after a few weeks and I sent them back. One year later, I received another pair of urbanista headphones (also as a present) and they stopped working after three months. When I was I contact with customer service they told me that I would get my money back. However, after a few weeks of not hearing anything from urbanista, I wrote them again asking when I would receive my refund. They then told me that they could only make payments through PayPal and asked me to provide my account details. I didn’t have PayPal at the time but urbanista insisted on me getting PayPal or else I would not receive my refund. Once I had created a PayPal account I shared my account details with urbanista, but they still didn’t transfer my money. I’ve been in contact with several people at urbanista and the answe I get is “we will make the payment, be patient”. Five months have now passed since I was promised my refund and I still have not received my money.

I bought the LA Urbanista when I was on a cruise Oct 22, they have started to crackle while I use the noise cancellation mode.
I emailed Urbanista and they replied that I should return it to the retailer where I bought them, I emailed Inmotion (WH Smith), they said that their policy only guarantees it for 6 months and I should return it to Urbanista. I emailed Urbanista once more and was told once again that I should return it to the retailer.
I would not buy another product from this company as I have treated abysmally.
Do not buy anything from this company.

Sämst! Har ett par Stockholm och dem krånglade från allra första dagen och har blivit liggandes i min låda i typ 2 år nu. Hittade dem på nytt igår och när jag ska försöka koppla dem till min mobil, så är dem helt döda trots att jag laddat dem. Fruktansvärd j*vla skräp! Usch, usch, usch.

Mate your earbuds are ass, they are uncomfortable for my eats and they fall out easily, the earbuds keep unsyncing with each other and having 2 or multiple devices you use for these earbuds are a pain. Like everytime I want to connect the earbuds to my ipad from my phone it always connects and then disconnects. And sometimes when I'm trying to connect to the earbuds when I pressed unpair/forget device I have a excruciatingly hard time connecting them again. I don't recommend these doodoo earbuds. Rubbish.

Köpte två par hörlurar "London" båda seten tappar uppkopplingen konstant, varierar från ena hörluren till den andra. Jag har nu väntat på min återbetalning i snart 7 månader! Först påstår de att det ej går att betala tillbaks till det konto jag använt utan att jag måste ha PayPal, men även med ett PayPal konto har jag inte sett röken av mina pengar. Helt sanslöst dåligt. KÖP EJ FRÅN URBANISTA!!

-the size should be adjustable at the top (not on the sides of the headphones) to make them wider
-the app should be in english not chinese

All in all still a great product

Die Kopfhörer sind der Hammer, eine super Sound, tiefe Bässe, wie kino😍 einfach per Bluetooth verbinden ohne app.

Problem med anslutningen ständigt. Sammankopplar inte till telefonen mellan användningarna, bara ena hörluren har ljud, väldigt lätt vind eller minimal vridning av huvudet gör att ljudet stoppas. Bara för att nämna några få. Aldrig mer Urbanista!

I kinda like both the company and the product.. however..

When they were new i really liked the sound and the ergonomic fit. I have had several buds in the past and no one have had as good of a fit in my ears as the urbanista London... However.. they are not perfect.

I bought my urbanista london 19 month ago and the batteries are finished by now.. They will only get 10-50% charge by now. I did expect a modern product to last longer than that.

Have had problems with pairing last 6 month and in the most recent months have the right earbud become very quiet compared with the left one.

The pause when not removed bug/feature have bothered me since day one. Can't use a real hat during the cold swedish winter because of all the pausing of my tunes/pods... This is a feature that you can not turn off according to Urbanista support.

ANC tho is adequate for the pricerange. It have been the feature that have kept the earbuds in my pocket.

My wife have a pair of Urbanista Stockholm and have had similar experience with bluetooth paing issues. The quality of the stockholm seems to be a bit higher tho.. They are still working fine after 30 month of use.

I have now bought a pair of soundpeats and the fit is better, the sound is better, the ANC is better and the price is better(half price).... If they only last for 9 months they will be a lot better option than My urbanista Londons.

Excellent product, perfect design, long lasting battery, easy to use, to pair and to charge as we don't need a cable! I highly recommend!

Köpt London hörlurar krånglar konstant. Ansluter bara en av hörlurarna. Känner inte av att de ligger i fodralet och mycket mer.

Köpte ett par Urbanista Los Angeles i slutet på 2021 (för 1,5 år sedan alltså). Från ingenstans så knäcktes själva ramen när jag sätta på dem på huvudet. De har aldrig blivit exponderade för varm eller kall temperatur, eller hanterade på felaktigt sätt. Jag kontaktade Urbanista som erbjöd 15% rabatt på ett par nya, men då hänvisade jag till att jag likaså kunde köpa dem på Media Markt som hade 25% rabatt... Då fick jag 40% rabatt istället men väljer att inte nyttja den då jag inte vill riskera att hamna i samma situation igen. För mig blir det troligtvis inte Urbanista igen. 2/5 istället för 1/5 för att erbjuda rabatt även om garantitiden på 1 år löpt ut. Längre än så ska ett par dyra hörlurar hålla.

Över 5 månder väntan av återbetalning av en reklamerad vara och bara förhalningar vid mailkontakt....
Tidigare bra företag att göra med nu har det gått snabbt utför. Undvik att köpa här i dagsläget!

Despite having a return policy, they do not follow along with this. I bought a pair of in-ears from them and was unhappy about the charing of the in-ears in the case. I wrote to them, according to their return policy, and waited several days to get a reply. After that, I wrote again, and then someone replied with a standard reply, "blah bla if not sealed bla bla" as I wouldn't use a product that I bought a few days ago.
Now I had to contact my lawyer/insurance to argue with them.

My headphones broke after 5 weeks due to the poor quality of the headband. They were efficient with the warranty and placed a new order for me. I have been trying to get in touch for a month thru the support@ and I have not received the headphones nor a tracking nr yet. My order number is #5648. There's no number I can call to so I don't really know what to do any more.

the worst experience of customer service I have EVER had in my life so far. I regret the moment i ordered their earbuds and I am never ever ordering anything from that company. I am waiting for 4 months to get their product that i paid and they are not responding to any of my weekly emails. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. They responded only 3 times inbetween to ask fgor my address cause they got it ''incorrectly'' the first time and they told me the product will be send. I still have nothing.
