The representative helped me with my order because I was having trouble on the website. She made sure that I got what I wanted and made sure that my discount was applied.

Joined USCCA about 9 months ago. I have attended several live seminars which were very informational and very well presented. They have a huge selection of online tutorials also. I have called them a half dozen times and receive prompt and courteous caring advisers more than happy to help you.
A very good group to do business with and be associated with AND as a responsible gun owner to have in your corner. I strongly recommend them especially if you own or surely carry a gun

They answer your call quickly and you get to talk to a real person in the United States. They are very patient and don’t try to hurry you. They will walk you through any problem you may have and make sure that you are satisfied with the help that you receive.

I had a billing issue with my account that I couldn't fix on my own. 0830 in the morning on a Sunday, a very kind and knowledgeable lady, by the name of Jessica, quickly helped me resolve the issue, ensured I was up to date on all the changes and benefits available and even offered advice on stretching my experience.

There was a communication glitch somewhere between their website and one of their customer vendor's, preventing me from completing an order. Their member advisor team responded the old fashion way and after some effort, solved the problem. This was the kind of response and attitude rarely seen in today's marketplace. There was a legitimate desire and determination to solve the problem and it was visible at all levels of the company.

My personal experiences with their level of professionalism and communication including: emails, monthly magazines, training, phone conversations and stories of USCCA members and personal self defense experiences and how USCCA supported them with positive outcomes. Proud to be a member

I bought my USCCA policy years ago when I first obtained my concealed carry permit, shortly after buying my first pistol. I rest assured knowing that USCCA has my back in the event of a defense situation, because I live in a retreat state and if I were to defend myself, I surely would be taken to jail and would have to stand trial. If this were ever to happen, USCCA would bail me out of jail and pay my lawyer fees. They also send me an awesome magazine monthly full of useful articles and ads for firearms I haven’t seen yet. As far as customer service, USCCA’s is absolutely top notch. They answer their phones quickly and are easy to understand and are incredibly helpful. I’d also like to point out that other self defense liability insurance companies make you pay your bail and lawyer fees upfront, then they reimburse you. With USCCA, you never pay, they do. Whenever I find out that someone is a firearms owner, or even just into self defense, I tell them about USCCA. I don’t even tell them to say I referred them, even though there is a referral program, because I don’t want them to think it’s about that. I want them to know how great USCCA is and how important as a firearms owner, especially if you carry, that it is to have self defense liability insurance, and I know for a fact that USCCA is the best.

I accidentally ordered some books twice and I called them back to see how to return the extra books and get the credit back on my card. When I called them I was advised that they were supposed to catch double orders but they missed my order. They said to keep the books because it was under the dollar amount required for return and they issued a credit to my card. Excellent customer service!

Their customer service is exceptional. I’ve contacted them several times with questions on concealed carry and question on the gun give away I won. They where very knowledgeable and willing to find the information I needed.
