I needed to have a question answered on a matter that appeared in my bank account . I called USCCA and was connected to Tristan. He answered my questions in a very quick and professional way. He explained what happened and why it happened. He was also very personable and we had a good conversation about other things that interested us. The USCCA is a GREAT organization for not only what it is for but with a great group of people working for them. If you are looking for an organization that takes care of Concealed Carry needs then USCCA is worth looking into.

Impossible to cancel your account
Impossible to cancel your account.
I am trying to cancel my account as I am now retired and the premium just increased to a point where it makes zero sense for me to keep it.
I called the delta defense cancellation number and after numerous attempts to inform the lady on the other end of the call to cancel she then agreed to do so or so I thought.
My account still shows the original renew date and there is no way to delete your payment method.
USCCA is a hard sell and hard to cancel company so beware as you may face the same issue as I am in that I have reported USCCA to my bank as a fraudulent company.

The ONLY reason I left was simply due to severe financial difficulties, even if only temporary. Their coverage plans are reasonable and affordable, but my situation was extreme. If and when my circumstances change, I will absolutely be joining back up! ;-}. MM

Best coverage and training
Our interaction with the staff at USCCA has been exceptional! They have provided us great guidance with educational material and training. A genuinely helpful experience. We also use a range accredited by USCCA. The handgun and CCP training at the range has been another great experience. We are now members at Bristlecone Shooting Center, USCCA affiliates. They online training has been another great tool and we have received generous discounts for education materials. The coverage they offer surpass other concealed carry insurance. Thank you USCCA!

USCCA has great training and great legal insurance. But the customer service is what impresses me the most. Their customer service reps are quick to respond and polite as well as friendly. Everything about them is great!

I'm a USCCA Instructor. On occasion, I need to contact Delta Defense (USCCA) for advice regarding the classes I teach. In every instance they've immediately responded (live) to my questions and offer ways I can improve the learning experience.

PSS …. I’ll concede that the response from USCCA makes some little sense. Many websites allow cancellation on line. It’s obvious that by requiring a phone call to cancel is an attempt to discourage cancellation. Duh. Moreover, the USCCA “conveniently” did not address the other issues I raised including their pricing policy that penalizes loyal customers, and their poorly designed website. I encourage anyone considering USCCA membership should read all other reviews besides mine. Note the several very low scores besides mine. And also note that in their haste to respond to me they failed to try and reach out to me to earn back my membership and business. The fact that all they did was address the narrow issue of not allowing Vance Further to my prior review. I hope and pray that my “auto-renew” is indeed cancelled. I called their 1-800 phone number and was told that there is no way to cancel using their website-but only by a personal phone call, which I just did an hour ago. After reading a few other negative customer reviews, I am concerned that USCCA might be a Scam as reported by a few reviews. As a service to others who may be interested in joining USCCA, please read all Trust Pilot reviews. Significant food for thought.

Like one big happy family
I have been a member of the USCCA for about a year and the training and peace of mind of knowing that I am protected is amazing. I had never had to call them to discuss anything until a couple of days ago. While I expected it to be no different than calling the BMV or another annoying company I was pleasantly surprised to speak to a representative who was more like a friend than a salesman or retention agent. In no time my issues were resolved and I was on my way. I highly recommend this company and no, I was in no way compensated for this review. This review is based off of my actual experience.

Shortly after I joined (July of this year) one of their response team contacted me by phone to answer any questions I might have had and to make sure I was aware of the many services provided. He even gave me a refund on the price when he discovered I am a veteran. So far, I couldn't be more pleased with this organization.

Unprofessional
I would give no star if possible. I attended a USCCA meeting on June 26. Marty gave an informative safety talk. At the end, his partner, Oz discussed membership. I asked to join, wrote my name on application, phone and email. As I got my CC out, Oz said don't worry about filling the rest out, he took a picture of the front and back of my CC. The charge went on my card the next day. $401. On 6/26 I went online to look at classes but couldn't access as I hadn't been sent an acct number. I only had Coach Marty's email so on 7/7 I wrote him explaining my situation. On 7/8 Marty said he forwarded my info to Oz, he'll get back to me. On 7/8 again he asked if Oz had gotten back to me? On 7/8, I said... not yet. On 7/8, Marty wrote....he has your info he should get back to you this evening. I wrote Marty on 7/12.,.haven't heard from him. Marty wrote back on 7/12, I will see him tomorrow, I will do my best to get him to get your situation taken care of. On 7/13, Marty said, I gave Oz your info. He will get a hold of you. On 7/16 I wrote to Marty about his ignored requests to Oz. After reading similar and other negative reviews I requested a refund. On 7/17 Marty wrote and said to call CS for refund. Are the meetings about recruiting and no follow through? I'm surprised a national organization operates like this. BTW, my friend who attended the meeting with me was going to join but said, let's see how your membership goes first. We both got our answer.
