My order has not shipped for over a week. They have an automated reply to customer service requests. Do not buy from this company.

vacuumcleanermarket.com I ordered a product from this shop. And right now I can't reach anyone in any way. Be careful . They are committing fraud.
Don't give them your money. If you send an e-mail saying you want to order a product, they respond to you immediately and tell lies. But if you want to cancel the order and ask for your money back, they never answer. I opened a dispute through my bank. I hope my bank solves this problem. And I can save my money.

Edit : This shop is old and closed. Thieves have bought this domain and are using it to steal people's money. Be careful

Am 14.April 2023 wurde meine Bestellung # VAC 2744 bestätigt, im Werte von 71,90 Euro. Bis heute den 31. Mai 2023 !!!! habe ich keine Ware erhalten. Dieses ist eine böse Erfahrung

Ordered was canceled with no reason given!

I've done business with this company before and have had no issues up until this last transaction. I got a notice that they were going out of business and they had items to sale. I found a vacuum on their site that we liked that was a really good deal and I purchased it. Total was 648.75. Three days later I get a refund notification. I assumed the product was out of stock but was not told either way. Problem is they refunded me $643.50. So they made $5.25 off of me. I attempted to contact them twice to fix the mistake. But they keep sending me survey notices so here is my rating. If they are still in business somehow, do not buy from them. Buyer Beware!

Product not sent and a credit was given but it did not include the shipping fee. The company has not responded to correct this so I am out the $5.45 shipping fee

No shipment, no response. Great price, but you will not get your item. Luckily I checked out with Paypal and they gave me money back immediately.

This is a reorder. Had good experience in past and am a returning customer!

It appears that this company is out of business. I placed an order on January 22, 2023 and they took my money through PayPal. On February 1 I sent email to the "contact" address asking about my order. There was no response. On February 2 I got a request to review a product not showing as shipped from TrustPilot. Today, it appears the phone listed in their website is out of order.

They shipped me someone else’s order. Completely wrong item. They are not responding to emails. Phone number reports as disconnected.
I’m out $170.

My vacuum arrived broken. I submitted a claim and was never responded to. Since, another piece broke. The vacuum is currently unusable with no help from the seller.

Found what I wanted and purchase experience was easy and fast.

Ordered a simple belt. Took over X2 weeks to receive. Sent me a vacuum power brush, marked on the shipping slip for someone else in another state. Call their (877) number - "No in service". Sent them X2 e-mails - never responded. Credit card company accepted my dispute & credited my account. NEVER AGAIN!

They have always shipped in a timely fashion but I left 3 messages to please call me regarding order and I have received no response!

Unfortunately the vacuum bags that I ordered said it would fit my vacuum but they turned out to be the wrong size. I have one unopened package and one package that is now missing one. I would like to get a credit for them and possibly order the right size. Thank you in advance for your help.

I received notice that my order had been shipped, followed by notice that my order had been canceled. Cost of item was refunded but not the shipping fees. No explanation. Phone listed is not in service and emails have gone unanswered.

Ordering is so easy and shipping is done so quickly.
