I wrote back to the seller of this product- the hardwood floor brush and explained to them that the brush was the exact same size of my shark vacuum wand and would not go over the wand at all. Very poor fit, lost out $30 or whatever it was. Do not buy anything from this seller- does not stand behind his product

Vacuum Cleaner Market had the replacement belts that I needed for my Simplicity vacuum cleaner at a great price.

Although the Vacuum arrived in a timely manner and was in good condition, I was unable to get it to an upright position due to erroneous assembly. I had to pay my vacuum cleaner guy to disassemble and fix it. I tried several times to call and left messages but no-one ever returned my calls. I even sent 2 emails, again no one ever responded. So although the price was reasonable I should have just ordered through my vacuum guy. It’s a good thing he was able to fix it or I would have been out $300.00 .

I received my vacuum part very fast, we were able to snap the old worn out part out and put the new one on easily . It works perfectly.
The vacuum itself is in great working condition and all we needed was a new head. It's an old vacuum but you were able to get us back in business.

BUYER BEWARE!!! I placed on order, received order confirmation, and tracking information. Then my order was shipped and lost. I contacted the company and was told that I had to fill out a missing package request with the post office. This company doesn't know the meaning of customer service. I have spoken to "Eddie " twice now and his exact words were "he doesn't care that I never received my order ". I filed the missing package claim with USPS. Eddie told me he is the manager and I can't speak with anyone else and he is the only one that takes calls. Until USPS gives up on finding the package, he won't consider a refund.
