I have never found good quality vanilla in my local shops and have always resented the high prices charged. I don't know why it never occurred to me before to use the internet. Left things a little late and only ordered the vanilla pods on Friday not expecting them to arrive in time for the new year on Tuesday....but they did and they arrived on Monday by first class post in tip top condition.

I cannot speak highly enough of this service and product. We received comformation the minute we ordered it, they kept us in touch with the dispatch. My husband was a chef so I was concerned about ordering but these fears were groundless. I cannot praise this product enough I have since we returned to England brought Vanilla pods from organic shops and to be honest they were rubbish, old, stale and hard. These pods were fresh, moist the way they should be. And the smell of the powder divine. My husband uses it in his pastry and it is the smell of Christmas I so remember.

I ordered ten Vanilla pods at 13:50 on the 14th. November and they arrived in the following mornings post - and this is with free delivery and at a special offer price ! The quality and freshness of the pods is superb and they came with a signed compliments slip! A truly outstanding company which I will certainly use again.

I ordered my pods from Villaetc.com on Thursday afternoon, received them Friday morning early. Opened the parcel, my pods were in a sealed wallet and I could smell the aroma ,.they looked really healthy.

I ordered Vanilla bean pods from Vanillaetc redicolously late at the weekend and they have just arrived. I wasn't expecting them so quickly.
