What didnt go wrong, vapersavers have taking my money and not sent my order. I have sent countless emails and messages on live chat but after nearly 3 wks i am wanting my money returned. Every review is saying the same thing. People waiting on orders after paying there money. If i could give 0 stars to this company i would.

I mistakenly reordered with Vapesavers, having had a nightmare with them before. Guess what? Exactly the same thing has happened; order placed and paid on 9th October, numerous emails from me chasing delivery, occasional responses blaming couriers.

My request after a month for a refund has been ignored.

Trustpilot needs to look at Vapesavers positive reviews as there are some OBVIOUSLY fake reviews in there to bump up their score, they haven't even tried to hide their identity (Pat_vapec etc).

I've started the chargeback process, save yourself the bother of pleading to have your order delivered and shop elsewhere.

Please do not use this company. I paid for order on 4th Oct. Every week I send numerous emails (as their tel does not work). Every 2-3 emails they respond. Looking into, sending again etc. However, still nothing. Their last response yesterday 13th Nov was "Hi. It’ll be sorted with DPD delivery. Thank you". However, they said in previous emails they will be sending and nothing ever happened. Please, please, please avoid.

Still not received my order....after two weeks. Order was processed and payment taken, however no tracking number supplied.

Called ... no answer. Emailed several times to inform them of the problem, and received one reply stating that they would resolve it and blaming the delivery company.

After another week passed and several more emails have been sent, yet still no order.

No intension to send goods after payment,and no tracking no provided. After checking Trustpilot this seller has scamed other customers. AVOID

Placed an order on the 3rd of November and I am yet to even have confirmation it’s been dispatched. I’ve emailed 3 times with no response, and have called but the contact number is out of service.

I’ve now gone through my bank had have requested a chargeback, which has been received. Used to be a great site to order from but is now clearly in shambles.

I have not recieved my order and the 2 emails I have sent in regards to this have not been replied to!

Still waiting for my delivery every time I’ve ordered it never comes so I have to keep on until I get a reply and it gets sorted but the product is good once I receive it it’s just a pain not receiving it on time and always chasing it

Past a joke now so what is going on with my order please

Keeps going wrong waiting 2 weeks for an order have to hassle them . 1st time ok much apologies 2nd time ummm apologies again 3rd time don't even reply. Blame royal mail but its actually their fault. Paid for evri and yep they send it by royal mail 3 weeks later no product

I placed my order a week ago on the 3rd November and have still not received it despite it being 48hr tracked with Royal mail.

Ordered over 2 weeks ago, never received, sent multiple emails on a daily basis only ever receiving one reply apologising and stating they were looking into it.
Same thing happened last year, I thought they might be better this time round but still a bunch of cow boys!!

Placed 2 orders early Oct , never received . Emailed them numerous times , they reply with apologies and promises but still nothing arrived . Decided to go through my bank to get my money back , took 2 weeks but bank refunded me all my money through Charge Back . Everyone should go through their banks . Charge Back works . Good luck

Problem with my first order not arriving but email sent and it was all sorted and delivered.I have ordered since and haven't had any trouble and the prices are very good.

Ordered on 25/10/23, complained as it didn’t arrive. Replied and said they resent it. They have not, there is a code for Royal Mail tracking and Royal Mail have not received it. Do not buy from this company, they are essentially thieves.

Placed an order on the 22/10/23 and I am still waiting for my order. Haven't received my order even though they said it was sent on the 24/10/23. Have sent numerous emails and tried to call but no one is answering my emails. Can't believe this company can get away with taking people's money and not sending the orders and total lack of communication. Would like a full refund as I have seen Vape savers have commented on this site.

Received email to say it had been dispatched on 23/10/23.
Sent numerous emails but no reply.
Can’t even track it on Royal Mail website.
Shocking company AVOID
They are scammers
