Placed order on 19th October. Received payment and order confirmation email. No tracking info sent. Emailed multiple times with no reply yet Phone is a faked one as it is not in service , I agree with others this company should be reported.

Very Concerned - I ordered and paid over 6 days ago, but yet to receive my order which should have arrived 2 days ago. Now checking out the reviews and wish I had done so before placing the order, it's all negative reviews, and the ones that appear positive are fake bots sent from same person via telegram? . Please don't purchase items from this company because you will be the poorer for it.

Placed order on 24th October. Received payment and order confirmation email. No tracking info sent. Emailed multiple times to be told they were looking into it. That was 4 days ago, nothing since. Contact number doesn't work so will be speaking with my bank to get a refund. Awful awful service, wish I'd read the reviews first.

Additional edit. Customer services replied and said they had re-sent the order but again I received no tracking or delivery information. I've got my money back from the bank and raised a dispute.

Have not recieved my order its been a week sent them 2 emails no one has responded would not order from here again very dissapointed

Never received my order. First and last time I will use this company. In the process of reclaiming my money through my credit card company.

Absolute scammers, I have notified the ombudsman, and I suggest you all do the same…. Otherwise They will continue scamming people! Avoids at all cost … what a joke!

I purchased on the 24th of October 2023 and I still haven’t gotten my vapes loads of emails they have only answered one I am not happy 😤😤😤

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They are cowboys who take your money and don't send the goods. They totally ignore emails and phone calls, nothing but RIP OFF MERCHANTS AND SCAMMERS! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

Worst service ever, total scammers. Placed order 4 weeks ago paying extra for tracked Royal Mail delivery. First 2 weeks did not respond to any messages then started saying will check warehouse etc. I then received order update to say Royal Mail are expecting my parcel, again more fake bullsh**. Do not trust this company, they are con artists. Managed to finally get a refund after raising a formal dispute through my bank flagging it as fraud.

Not received order placed 12th October 2023. No replies to emails to them asking where my order is. They take your money and then ignore you. I will be taking this further if I don't get any satisfaction.

I placed an order 14th October 2023 and it have not arrived, I have sent numerous emails only to be ignored, I am going to raise a dispute with my bank and try and get my money back, this should no be happening and should be shut down. However after threatening them with social media they did reimburse the whole amount.

I placed an order online on the 18th and never received the items the first time. When emailing them got ignored the first time until the 2nd which i told them i would make their business known as scammers, then all of a sudden i get an email back stating that they was now sending my ordered items via royal mail. Following morning I received a email stating that they dont trust Royal mail anymore. I have now received my items and one 120ml seal completely broken and all nic shots not sealed. I would advise anymore to avoid this company, and make sure you read reviews first. Scam artists avoid at all costs!

I placed an order online and never received the items, communication stopped, wouldn’t reply to Email’s or phone! Scam artists avoid at all costs!

PLEASE AVOID!! ordered from them 2 weeks ago, nothing but scammers ... ignoring my emails, not expecting to receive the goods, they should closed down!!

I realised I had been conned when my order didn’t arrive and I decided to read the reviews on here having had no success in getting a response from the Company, either by phone or email.
Luckily the payment was still pending in my bank account so I was able to get this stopped, others haven’t been so fortunate. Steer clear of this Company and where possible use PayPal, at least that way you will get your money back. The initial offer email of £7 off my order AND free delivery sounded too good to be true….and it was.

Do not order from this company. They do not. Answer the telephone nunber given, try it. Every time it is an answer machine with message unable to take your call and then you are cut off. They did not supply tracking numbers for orders supposedly dispatched, after numerous email requests. You are instructed to download an app "SHOP" which shows your item as despatched immediately after order sent and money from your account taken. But always shows no tracking number available. Within a few hours they send a voucher for reduction on next order which has to be used within 24 hours. That is where I made the mistake and placed a second order now I have two unfullfilled orders. If they do eventually answer email they apologise and say they will resend order. These never arrived in my case and I am now trying to recover the money taken from my account through my bank credit card. LEAVE WELL ALONE!!!

10 days since order, no contact, no details of shipping no delivery - can only assume i have been scammed.

Worst I have ever dealt with. 12 days since I placed my order. Won't reply to emails, never answer the fone. Bunch of crooks that needs shut down

Never received my order contacted a few times was told they was going to look into and never got back to me no way to contact them other than email and never get a reply

I placd order number 75427 on 26th September and still no news on delivery. I’ve tried messaging but no response perhaps this method of communication might work??
