I bought a replacement Truma water pump from them unfortunately it failed on the next water butt fill up, the pump had spilt from the impeller on the pipe. I took it back and they replaced it straight away. Thanks for a great service would definitely recommend

The service provided by Venture Caravans was excellent, but the quality of the Bailey Caravan leaves quite a lot to be desired.
The internal door will not shut, the latches make it too big for the opening.
The external door will not lock properly, the black latch will not move across to the shut position.
The windows will not shut tightly.
The window blind in the kitchen is very temperamental and will shoot back into its housing at the slights provocation.
The TV Ariel has a poor connection making the signal intermittent. This causes the picture to break up when you actually get a picture, which is rare.
Making the Sonos unit mandatory without the opportunity to choose an alternative thus clearing the work top over the fridge is an imposition. Not everyone is Tech savvy. Many people who buy caravans are older and still have CD collections and do not use Spotify or others of similar ilk.
All in all not good for an expenditure of £26,000.

Did my homework and established that Venture had the best reputation for campervan sales in the area. Made an appointment with Darren Lindeman who showed us round a few and we bought on the spot. Nice guy, very knowledgeable about the product, no pressure. Smooth transaction and we're very happy with the campervan. 10/10.

Venture Caravans for us is the only place to go for a leisure vehicle, we have been going to them for over 30 years so have a lot of experience with them. From start to finish Dave Webb as always was professional and friendly actually he’s more like a friend as are all of the team. They know what we like and don’t like before we do most of the time. Our B62 has a few problem's, but it a new concept so to be expected as always they are very keen to get us sorted out with these, nothing is too much trouble for them. I hope we have many more years to come. Thank you Venture for all the years of looking after us.

Brought our Bailey Adamo motorhome from venture caravans. Dave who we felt with was very friendly and answered questions. Would highly recommend if you want a motorhome or caravan definitely have a look at venture in Daventry .

We had what was seemingly a huge issue with our bathroom sink with our dealership advising it was a £755 repair. We went to Venture Caravans and spoke to Adam who looked at the issue, reviewed it and then quickly suggested a simple fix which ended up costing us £6.99! We were able to do the simple fix ourselves and cannot thank Adam enough for is support. We use Venture a lot for spare parts/accessories and when our vehicle is out of warranty we will not hesitate to come here for habitation checks. We have also learnt that they clean motorhomes for a very good price, so will also be using this service. Thank you

We purchased our first caravan from Venture Caravans in Daventry. We were looking for a specific model, one of only 2 in the country for sale. As we lived a few hours away, I phoned up and spoke to Dave who recorded a detailed video for us and reserved the caravan until we could view it a few weeks later. Upon inspection it was as described and beautifully presented.
Upon collection the caravan was ready and all the small snags had been repaired to a high standard despite the van being used. Dave even organised for a tyre to be changed on our tow car at short notice.
A fantastic experience from start to finish, I cannot recommend Dave and the team highly enough, the best customer service I have ever experienced.

Spotted our dream camper on website. All the way through the purchase we dealt with Darren who was very helpful and professional. He took the time to explain everything both during and after our purchase. The van and fittings all high quality. Would recommend anyone to talk to the team at Venture Caravans if they are looking for a van.

We came across Venture Caravans whilst searching for a dream campervan and saw just the one we wanted on their website . A 6 hour round trip resulted in us leaving a deposit to purchase our ‘Dora the Explorer ‘ as she is now named . Darren Lindemann the salesman was absolutely fantastic . Patient and professional at all times and responsive to emails in the evenings as he just cares !
Pre sale and post sale experiences have been first class and even picked up from the station today when we came to collect her.
Will definitely be recommending this fabulous family run business and value all the support and help they have given us as we embark in our new adventures !

We had cause to drop into the Daventry branch for the second time in 2 years.
Both times we had a problem with our jockey wheel. Both times the staff were extremely helpful and a mechanic sorted us out in double quick time.
Can’t recommend them highly enough, if we lived locally to them we would certainly use them for servicing and repairs

Bought our VW Campervan from Venture in Daventry and experienced very professional and helpful service from the staff there. Twice recently took the camper to Venture in Hitchin as it’s nearer home. Again, excellent service and level of support in resolving a couple of issues, with particular mention of Stephanie there; very knowledgeable, responsive and helpful - thank you.

Always received wonderful service from Hitchin Venture Caravans especially Steph who has always been so helpful. Bought our second brand new caravan from them last year and the process was smooth and stress free however, my husband suddenly passed away so I was left with our brand new caravan that I can't tow:(
