Having had a bad experience with another Campervan company it was a pleasure dealing with all at Venture Caravans. They were very helpful and gave me as much time as I wanted.
The van itself couldn't be better, exactly what I was looking for.

Excellent service and expertise in helping us to make a decision to buy a camper. We wanted a few changes made to the camper that was for sale and this was not a problem with all modifications made to high standard. Very happy campers!

Had our Bailey Autograph 79/4 exactly 12 months which we bought from Venture.
It’s been a great purchase and we have thoroughly enjoyed road trips and holidaying in the van.
Excellent after service, particularly from Steph who sorted out minor issues under warranty without any quibbling.

Great company. Venture Daventry have serviced our caravan for the last three years (since we got it). We had an issue with our recent service and they’ve been great in resolving matters. The mark of a great business is what happens when things go badly rather than when things go well. We would recommend them and will be returning in 2024 for our next annual service.

I've been a customer at Venture for 40 or so years, and that fact alone speaks volumes, as, if the customer service was less than exceptional, I would certainly have gone elsewhere. From sales to service, I have always felt valued, and always felt that I have got value. I couldn't be more pleased than if they were paying for the review, (which they are not), I am happy to personally recommend them to everyone. Personal recommendation for Sales Manager Dave Webb for whom nothing is too much trouble.

The salesman took the time to explain the different types of trailer tent that they were selling was patient while we made her mind up, which one we wanted and was even more patient with much when I changed my mind three times.

Just an excellent experience. Whilst deciding on our VW camper purchase Dave at Venture couldn't have been more helpful. Never any pressure, giving us as much time to browse as we needed and happy to answer all questions/provide advice when asked for. Collected our Dub on valentine's day and found flowers and chocolates inside. What a service! Strongly recommend anyone thinking of a VW Redline build visit Daventry.
