I purchased my amplifier online as I live in Devon. The next day I get a phone call apologizing that they didn't have what I ordered, it had already been sold to someone else. They Said it was their fault so if I wanted they would send me the next model up split the price difference in half. Needless to say I accepted and they got it to me the next day. I highly recommend them if you want great quality hi-fi at an excellent price with friendly helpful service.

The service at your company is disgusting. After paying for the order, I waited for a response for several days, but did not wait. When I contacted the representative, it turned out that the payment was suspended in the pending state. Although my bank has confirmed the payment. For some reason, I was asked to transfer money from this account to another. This process should have taken up to 10 more days. I am very disappointed. There are a lot of negative reviews on the company's website.

Called to confirm delivery date for a Monitor Audio centre speaker. Good price for the gloss black, arrived when they said it would using tracked delivery.

Purchased roksan Darius s1 speaks 4 years ago just recently one driver in the speaker stopped working so called David and explained and no quibbles the speaker was sent back repair undertaken and returned in under 10 days (old school service, people to talk to , and very knowledgeable)

I had a good idea before speaking to Vickers of exactly what turntable/tonearm/cartridge combination I was interested in. Vickers were very helpful in advising me and in assembling and setting up the turntable for me. All was perfect for me to take away and delighted with the end result once connected to my system. Good pricing for the item as well. Highly recommended.

Quality service and a rare honesty. When enquiring about an upgrade to my tonearm cable having read and heard about such, rather than saying "no problem we can do that" and charge me accordingly, David at Vickers HiFi informed me that, when he built my Michell Gyro SE 2 years ago he included a Rega technoarm and he had already included upgraded cable, which was/is eminently suitable for my set up. Such honesty is rare in business and very welcome , 5 stars 2 years ago and 5 stars today. Thankyou Vickers HiFi, your excellent reputation is well deserved.

The Pro-ject Essential III SB I bought offered the features I wanted at a great price, after struggling with what all the different models offered. Setting it up I hit a snag but ringing up I got just the help I needed. David spotted where I'd gone wrong and then was patient with my confusion and ready to check he'd got his advice right. All set now for happy listening.
