Just signed up. Put in around 50 quid of money i wouldn't miss. Won 95 and withdrew. Thought to myself, put on another 10 pound and I found that they was actively taking money beyond the bet in between spins. Said to my Mrs, watch this spin. 10-20p on a top of my 50p bet was being taken every other spin. Uninstalled immediately. Now looking at reviews I'm so glad I did.

You can't make this shit up honestly. Stick to coral and other sites where the chances of winning are significantly higher. For someone who is 35 pounds up i should be happier. But cowboy companies like this leave a pit in my stomach that I just can't shake. Glad I got out when I did.

Virgin games slots are utter rubbish DO NOT PLAY them. I played for HOURS the other night and it WOULD NOT LET ME on the main feature until I wagered £850 and then when I did get the feature I won £42!!! i got none of the mini features also and the same thing happened the last time I played.

This site is 100% RIGGED! I just played multi hand blackjack and went through 1 hand, 2 hands, 3 hands, 4 hands and 5 hand deals and the dealer got either 20 or blackjack every time! The probability of that over 10+ hands is INSANE!

I never write reviews on trustpilot, or at all, however this casino is the worst. I deposited £10 and won £35, after I tried to withdraw it, they locked my account with no reason at all, no email message, I had to google Virgin Games Support, then after I was told that I will need to provide bank statement, AND A SELFIE of me holding my ID, with a the current date attached on a paper - IN FRONT OF MY HOUSE WHERE THE DOOR NUMBER IS VISIBLE. How absurd is that? After a week of communicating and providing the details, I got my money back, however they said that my account will remain CLOSED for no reason... Don't use this horrible scammy website, it's clear they just try to pocket your money in the hopes that you give up and don't provide a selfie of you in front of your house with your id, with the date attached...

I have used many betting/gambling sites and this is by far the worst one. Not only will they close your account if you win any sort of money but they have the audacity to keep those winnings and just refund your deposit if you do. In what world would this be legal with any other company in the UK? Absolute joke. If you are going to gamble avoid this company like the plague and put your money into skybet or paddy power. Horrible greedy site.

I was expecting a lot better from a widely recognised company and as I have recently started playing on slots and in my naivety I signed up and deposited £10 which i got 200 free spins. Out of that i won 30 quid which i withdrew into my account the next morning when I woke up I eagerly tried to log in to checke my withdrawal progress only to find that I had been logged out of my account and to contact customer service. I spoke to an agent online who advised me to send in all the relevant ID that they required. I did do, including a selfie of myself holding everything that they required. This went back and forth for a few days. I finally got my £30 but for some reason I still remain locked out of my account. I would have loved to have left a nicer review but I feel amiss if I don't make others aware of what may happen if they sign up blindly to this site.

When you do they pay in bits like 3% then another 3% but not it all, that's when the ignored emails start and live chat becomes a parrot. Escalate it they say but nought gets done. 4 attempts to make a complaint and oh yer they ignore that aswell. Grade a c#£@s.

Avioid avoid avoid - I made a mistake in using my brothers Apple Pay, I ended up winning £10,200. They refused to pay me out even though all previous deposits under my own name. This company will do anything to stop you from taking your winnings. So so evil.
