This is repetitive and I have evidence of this which I'll be taking further (more of us should!). Bingo: same winners repeatedly night after night! Wish I’d seen the reviews before signing up.. we all know gambling is a risk but when you don’t ever get a feature and win back a portion of your stake. You can play £20 and get a £0.40 win. This site does not make for a good experience. Very disappointed in the app layout finding games, payouts are non existent. I won’t be putting another penny into this scam site.

The biggest scam ever , use to be a good gaming site and I had a good experience with them , don’t know what happened to them but for last few months it has become the worst scam I ve ever seen…

I signed up and played for 4 days. Won small amounts of money. Withdrew my winnings which I didn't receive and my account was closed by Virgin Games. Spoke with them, my account needed to be verified by sending them my bank statement, bank details, a selfie photo of me holding my driving licence with today's date outside of my house showing my door number. They finally verified my account after 72 hours and gave me my winnings and they sent me an email stating my account will remain closed and I will never be allowed to open an account with them again....why? Because I won £10 and withdrew it? Worse site ever.

Definitely need check slots 20p spun costing 30p and complain and nothing done about it lost st least 10 pounds after spending 50 on spins take money of even during spin seriously needs investigation

Well, if you seriously want to waste money, this is definitely the site to play. Features on any game are rarer than rocking horse poop !. Absolute joke. They try to entice you with ‘bonanza boxes that contain practically nothing. Log in everyday for ‘picks’. More chance of winning the lottery!

Getting rid of the poker! I now will no longer be using any of the sister sites as the poker is what I played on. Shame on you

Used to be a great little site when ran by gamesys now it’s a shell of what it used to be the removal of poker is the last straw for me.

Wild Seat Poker has been removed. It was a format I enjoyed, had the feel it wasn't fixed and to be honest I was making profit from. Now they only have Poker Arcade type games and other bad formats. No point using Virgin Games unless you are addicted to fruit machines, there are no skill games left.

Made a deposit and won £2000. Made the withdrawal last night and money not in my account this morning. To my findings the account got closed by the company. When contacting them they refunded what I deposited £50 and told me I wasn't allowed what I won. So I would avoid at all costs as they refuse to give what you have won
