Problems on line
We had problems booking our holiday on line, took the deposit but didn't receive a confirmation, then the system crashed. Miriam sorted it out for us very efficiently and booked our holiday for us. What a lovely lady.

Unbelievable experience!!
Absolutely fantastic service by Virgin Norwich store and specifically Carly Martin, she helped us with our holiday over a long period with a very personal family matter. Nothing was ever an issue for Carly, she has a very friendly, personable demeaner and is a credit to the high standards we come to expect from Virgin. Very helpful
We went in there right when they were due to close, but the staff was still so helpful and went through everything with us not pushing us out the door at all not pushy for a deposit first time I’ve ever used them but will definitely use them again
