Quick and easy to order with good communication and rapid delivery. Was a gift and the recipients were really pleased. I would use them again

This was a present for a friend and she loved it.

Ordered 10 days before our anniversary paid for selected date in advance and the hamper came 3 days late. Not worth the money paid.

Appalling delivery service via FedEx…gift (which did finally arrive and was appreciated when it did) was due on Thursday morning prior to a staff member leaving the company. Not only did it not arrive but I had to ring on Thursday afternoon, Friday lunchtime and eventually Tuesday of this week only to be told the same thing each time - it’s due for delivery by 6pm tonight…every. Single. Time. I won’t use this company again as they’ve proved unreliable to deliver on the date promised … go and learn how to do it from Amazon!

The hamper was delivered to my husband's brother for his 80th birthday. He was thrilled with the hamper, it was delivered on time and was a great success.

We ordered prosecco and chocolate to be delivered to a newly engaged couple. After several days nothing had arrived. When we raised it with Virginia Hayward they claimed it had bed delivered. When we queried this they sent a photo from the courier showing a bundle of parcels lying on the ground of the common area of the building. No attempt was made to deliver to the flat. I raised this with Virginia Hayward but they have not responded.
In response, I emailed Virginia Hayward on 28th April but the message was blocked. I have resent several times since but each one is blocked.

Delivered as arranged and informed me of the person who signed for it.

A great selection for all occasions. Delivery went without a hitch, and our friend who it was for was extremely happy with it.

This delivery took too long - it was intended as a birthday present and delivery was promised within 48 hours and the address was in soho. It took 5 days and so was a bit of a fizzer.

Just checked with the recipient. They confirm the hamper was delivered on the 11th - I also received a confirmation email on the 11th. The tracking may therefore show it was received after hours at a business address?

Always delivered on time and the recipient enjoyed the produce. Thank you.

Lovely products, arrived quickly

Speedy delivery, great products - unfortunately there were a few substitutions in the hamper. It would have been nice to know in advance which products weren't available or have a choice on the substitutions, but they were of similar quality and value so overall very happy.

My friend was delighted and surprised to receive champagne and chocolate on her 80th birthday. All in good order.

We ordered a hamper to give to a friend for her birthday. The contents were just as the brochure described, looked very delicious! The order was placed in the afternoon prior to the delivery the following late morning. The parcel was tracked and arrived virtually to the minute. Excellent service!

Delivery was relatively quick and my friends liked the gift.

The hamper was lovely, however there was no message sent with it, although we’d asked for one to be included, so the recipient didn’t know who it was from. Evri also left it outside which I’m not sure was best for food stuff.
