I was concerned about spending money on something I could have done myself. Tom made the process very easy and very well laid out. He took weakness and worked to make it bullet proof for UKVI. Tom was professional and confident. In the end it only took 2 1/2 weeks to go from biometrics to approval on my out of country, expedited spouse visa application. I am sure that the professionalism behind the application was part of that.

This company ticks all the boxes from answering the phone and emails promptly through returning calls, organising files and demonstrating infinite patience, but above all, by paying attention to detail. Our circumstances were highly unusual and I was concerned that our application wouldn't be successful, but Tom put us at ease and explained what was to be done; nothing was too much trouble and all went well. We dealt with Tom Barltrop at Visalogic for my partners extension of family visa as well as the initial visa over two years ago. Tom could not have been more helpful, or informative. He kept us both in the loop and answered any questions that we had, no matter how big or small. The visa took a very long time to come through due to a backlog at the home office, but Tom kept us updated as best he could and eventually filed a complaint for us. Visalogic know what they are doing and we will be using this company again in the future. Thank you, Tom for taking good care of us.

When I started this journey with visalogic I think this was a joke but visagic made it a great experience I will never forget thank you ever so much my partner visa is now greated to enter the UK I am great full expecially Tom a hug thank you for all the work you put into this application words can not describe how happy I am thanks again mabenti conteh

During our UK partner/spouse visa preparation, submission and processing, I felt dubious as to whether Visalogic’s services were good value for money (£1250) and questioned if I should have done the whole thing by myself. However, I must say that I found the value in Visalogic by their connections to UKVI and escalating my partner’s visa with them so that it would arrive before his Irish visa expired. This enabled us to avoid further costs with flights and accommodation and the visa was approved in 4 months (not 6 months) which is potentially how long it could’ve taken. Special thanks to Zainab Hussain who’s help in getting the visa through, especially towards the end, was invaluable.

Everyone at Visalogic is so helpful (especially Zainab). We had a lot of questions before we were ready to submit our Visa and she was always very happy to help and answer everything that we needed to know. They kept us informed every step of the way. This is our second time using Visalogic, and we will be sure to use them for a final visa.
