I try to apply for a tourist visa for my mother who used to travel to UK many time in the past but this time I decided to do it via this company VISALOGIC, due to the fact I was travelling and remembered from the past experiences that the requirements from Home office website are extremely vague to work out but possible.
My experience with VISALOGIC happened to be a very disappointing, as it was taking them so long with their communications, which was only via emails. It was obvious that they were lack of motivation or any sense of urgency! there was no consultation whatsoever, in fact, it was impossible to reach anyone of the phone. After about couple of months, I decided to withdraw my case and to cancel them.
To sum it up they showed that they are inadequate, lack of any commitment or responsibility for the money they had charged, and time was not an essence. So disappointing that I will not recommend them to my enemies.

Visalogic's services are definitely worth the price (which we think is a steal compared to what other companies are charging). We used them to file for a spousal visa from the US as the visa process seemed overwhelming and confusing. Zainab and Tom were amazing to work with and helped make sure the process went smoothly and all of our questions were answered. They were there to answer our emails and phone calls whenever we contacted them and were always reassuring when we talked. If you are applying for a visa to the UK we can not recommend them enough! We will be using them again in the future for our renewal.

It was an absolute pleasure working with Zanaib at Visalogic. The process to obtain a spousal visa from the USA to the UK is extremely difficult but Zanaib made it as painless as possible. If she didn't know the answer to a question she always got back to us in a timely manner and was always available either by telephone or email. We used Visalogic for my wife's spousal visa application. After previously having been denied, due to misinformation, we wanted to use a company to help make sure we were successful, as we meet all the (somewhat stringent government) criteria. Visalogic in general and our point of contact Zainab specifically, were very professional, great at communication and a helpful guide through a somewhat complicated process. We were successful in our application and would not hesitate to recommend people to use the service. It is not cheap, but the process is generally expensive and quite stressful. They will not submit an application until they think it will be successful, and ensure you have all your ducks in a row. Visalogic take most of the stress out of the experience: so worth paying the extra for peace of mind.

We've been working with Visalogic since 2017 on three seperate occasions and on all occasions they were a delight to work with. Their speed of communication, support through the processes and the way they actually communicate is all very very good. You can always get a hold of somebody in the office... We'll be working with them on a couple of more occasions and we'll definitely recommend them to anybody looking for such services.

Tom pushed for us, and helped us through a very stressful situation, so that I was able to make it for our planned wedding date. I have been using Visalogic since 2016 to assist with my wife's obtaining a UK spousal visa and then ILR. Following a' hiccup' on first application due to the HO insisting on a specific language certificate I found VL to be very professional. There have been some staff changes but I would like to single out Tom Barltrop and Zainab Hussain as being particularly helpful, polite and efficient at all times. I have recommended other members of my family to use VL and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

This was the second time we took Visalogic services. Both experiences were great. Very helpful team. The application process was made very smooth. All the right advice given. 2 and a half years ago got the TIER 2 Visa for the whole family and last week got the ILR approved for the whole family.
