Absolutely disgraceful, no clear signs to tell you to park at the rear. On arrival of the centre I was told by the security to park to the right, so I parked on the right and paid for parking.

A few days later I get a parking fine. I wasn't parked at the correct location. There was no clear sign to indicate where exactly I should park and why would the security not give me clear instructions, if that was the case.

I have appealed but I dont think it will be successful after seeing everyone here having theirs appeals rejected on the grounds.

Feels like I've been scammed.

I am writing to formally express my confusion and concern regarding the parking ticket I received during my visit to the Vista Centre. I initially appealed the ticket on the grounds that the signage at the car park was unclear and misleading. Additionally, the warden did not attach the Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) to my vehicle's windscreen, which led me to believe that no violation had occurred—this also prevented me from collecting the necessary evidence at the time.
Despite my initial appeal, I have now received a legal notice from BW Legal, stating that litigation will commence if I do not respond by 30th May. I maintain that the issuance of the PCN was unlawful and intend to challenge it in court. I also reserve the right to claim damages for any losses or distress caused during this process.
Furthermore, based on both my personal visit and numerous public reviews, I have identified several potential health and safety concerns at the site. I bring this forward with professional authority, having previously managed government-owned sites with responsibility for health and safety compliance.
If any members of the public have similar concerns or experiences, they are welcome to contact me. I will ensure appropriate actions are taken where necessary.

Absolutely shocking parking conditions. I went there unfortunately for a job interview at Homestyle Windows on January 23rd, after walking around for about 15 minutes trying to find a machine to buy a ticket I eventually found a sign to download the “Tippi” app to pay which I did £2.50 for one hour however I have just received a PCN for parking without paying! I mentioned on the day to the person who interviewed me that I had to pay for parking and it was completely ignored, a money making scheme in my opinion. Also the entire building and the car park is a complete dive, avoid at all costs.

The whole building looks dirty and the Worst is parking system. They have designed parking for visitor and paid by App called Sippi. I entered for 2 hours and they charged me £2.75 and later i received email from Sippi where they allocated me 13 seconds and not 2 hours.
A week later i have received penalty by letter (£100) for exceeding allowed time. The Sippi App is clearly a joke!

I recently visited Vista Centre with my infant, and I have to say, it was an incredibly stressful experience, primarily due to the parking situation. Since I was in a rush to feed and change my child, I parked briefly in front of the parking machine. To my disbelief, I received a parking fine despite my understandable circumstances.

Upon further investigation, I realized that there were no clear markings or signs indicating it was a designated no-parking area, which is just plain unfair. I can’t help but feel like this whole situation is a scam designed to boost revenue without considering genuine, short-term needs of parents and caretakers like myself.

I wasn't the only one who faced this hindrance; it seems many others have had similar frustrations and have left negative reviews as well. It appears that appealing the fine is a futile effort—my appeal was promptly dismissed, which only solidified my belief that this is more about money-making than actual management of parking offenses.

I've also reported this issue to Hounslow Council, urging them to take a look at the parking regulations and signage at Vista Centre. We really need clearer communication about where we can and cannot park, especially in areas frequented by families and caregivers. For now, I can’t recommend this place unless you're prepared to navigate a minefield of parking fines. It's a real shame because I had hoped to enjoy my visit, but all of this left a bitter taste in my mouth.

Wow this is NOT a meet and greet. Complete bunch of wasters. 45 minutes to wait for driver on arrival and one hour wait on our return. Just shocking don't touch them

It’s not advisable to park your car inside Vista Center as you may still get a parking ticket even if you pay online. Despite my efforts to appeal, I was unsuccessful.

And there is no one to contact regarding this .the number provided by vista centre does not get answered. This is clearly a money making scheme

Its a shame to The vista centre for coming up with such a scheme for money making even after multiple reviews all around the internet.

My experience is has follows.

1. Paid the car park fee for 5 hours
2. One person was always walking around and taking photos almost all cars ( I would have taken the photo )
3. NO marking in the car park for bay area allocation.
Please try to see the google maps for the car park which shows 0 marking....
4. Got the ticket for parking outside of the bay area.

I paid the parking for this and was initially confused as to why I'd been issued with a ticket. Turns out I hadn't parked in the correct 'designated' zone. I wanted to discuss my case with someone on the phone from Car Park Management but of course there was no number to call.

Seems like a bit of a money making scheme as they made it very hard to contact anyone regarding the PCN and I absolutely did everything in my power to ensure I paid/parked correctly. Complete joke to be honest...

Misleading Car Parking: I paid for a whole day parking and have still been sent a parking fine. You need to repaint your car park with much clearer markings as they are not clear enough as to which bays people should be parking in. Looks like a money making scheme here!!

As some others have mentioned, the car park is very misleading in my opinion. I received a penalty for parking in a bay that was no different visually to any other bays.I paid for parking but still got fined on the basis I parked in the wrong place. There are cars vandalised in several places in the car park, glass on the ground, tyres slashed, windows smashed. Best avoided and not for any reputable company in my opinion. I cannot believe the Indian passport office would allow their landlord to behave this way and have such bad maintenance and practices. The company involved were not reasonable and did not properly investigate. I appealed, failed, and then paid the parking fine because I don’t have time to spend on companies that operate in this way. If you have the same issue post it here. Maybe the company will listen and if not maybe their tenants will. Cannot recommend.

My visit to VFS Hounslow was all successful cause of Srivani Kumar.
Can’t thank you enough, was kind, patient, helping. The perfect customer's service I must say. She is understanding and knows very well to take care of the situation.
I missed some documents to get them she made it so easy for me to give me time and patiently waited for me to search my documents took me print also of it.
I really would have to go back journey of 2hrs and book an appointment again if I was not served by Srivani Kumar

I have been to several serviced offices, but never seen anywhere like this. I rented a suite but trust me, it was one of my worst decisions ever made.
Health and Safety: You cannot even pee if you are sensitive to dirty smell in the toilet, the surface is slippery with water everywhere, broken toilet-sheet and never repaired, dirty communal fridge, cleaner rarely comes to your room to clean. AC not working if reported, no action taken on time.
Internet is not bad but still not the level of what you expect as per their promises.
Some of the members in the team treat you very arrogantly and communicate with you in a.....attitude. And trust me, if it comes to money, they will threaten you to increase the invoice amount. They invoice you any amount they want if you do anything that may cause an issue. And you know the best thing, they don't care if you have agreed or not, they invoice you and challenge you to increase fee if not paid. The room was too hot once, they were reported many times, but we were not listened to. One day one of the staff members almost fainted. Only after they did something but the matter was still not fully sorted.
They think they can do anything once you rent the office. Worst experience ever.

Starting to cook already and its only the start of summer ! All this glass and a broken air conditioning system makes the temperature impossible. Cant open the windows !!!! Welcome to Hell !

Smart lobby but once your inside its a dump. The toilets don't work or are flooded. The heating and cooling system broke in mid 2017 and they have not fixed it (2018 now). The cooling system doesn't work and you can't open the windows when it gets hot because of all the glass. In the mornings its freezing and the heating doesn't work. Parking is hell. They ticket you for everything by an external company and the external company chase you for the money whether you broke the rules or not. They try to subsidize the rent with unfair and aggressive ticketing practices. The whole place is often covered with rubbish, and the leaves are not cleared in the winter. The bins are not emptied regularly and are often overflowing.
