Great service, easy to use
You are always prompt. The only complaint I would make is the option to send to a different address. I had ordered my daughter's birth certificate and needed her to receive it quickly. But, because my billing address is on my credit card, they would not send elsewhere. Not sure you can work that out.

Always a good experience!
Luckily it came in the mail quicker than the turn around time they gave as i needed it for my child for insurance verification. I did pay extra for overnight shipping so not sure if that had anything to do with it too. I’ve used vitalchek numerous of times over the years. Never an issue

Garbage. A truely unecessary service with no purpose but to act as an uneeded middleman, charge a high fee for insanely long wait times. Looking forward to a future when companies like this, that offer no actual value, are consigned to the dustbin of history.

Great Service!
Requested a death certificate from almost 60 years ago and it arrived before the stated time and very legible. The order process was easy and straightforward. The total price wasn’t bad considering it provides overnight mailing. I will definitely be using this service again!

ZERO. THIS COMPANY IS A BIG ZERO. I applied to obtain my deceased mothers birth certificate over two months ago, If i went thru az vital records it would have taken two weeks. I started this process, filled out all of the information needed, put my credit card info in the last two months have gone thru multiple hoops and stupid requests... and now my order has been canceled.there have been a plethora of issues that every time i have to call im on the phone for hours. I dont have time for this. nor the patience. good luck they suck
