Express Service Is A Scam
I paid the required express service fees to get a document quickly, they said, shipped within one day, overnight, within one day.
After providing all documents required, and sending an email to ask why my document was not shipped yet...
No Response!
I paid over $200 to get express service, and I received very slow service. Now my docs will not be here in time.

The process seems non human and only automated which is a nightmare as noone responds to emails or answers the phone.
I wish I could write a positive review and have good service.
I am suprised that the govt uses this company if it is so anonymous. Disappointing so far. Will update my review if the service improves...

Although I put 5 it’s because finally after waiting a year someone found my birth certificate. I was told I still need to wait 6 months before I will receive it. It’s unfortunate and disappointing that I have to wait another 6 months. But at least after numerous calls to the city of buffalo and new york it’s been
found.
