Absolutely not professional company! No internet! Stop every second! That happen in the office till We had to change the company with A1!
The same happened at home. I could not watch even one movie without stoping constantly!

The worst company ever!

I am personally TOTALLY UNSATISFIED AND I WILL NOT BE THEIR CUSTOMER AGAIN. I don't recommend anyone to choose Vivacom

I was a customer of Vivacom for 6 months and I used a prepayed unlimited monthly plan. For the 7th month, I payed again for the same plan. However, a week later, I received the message that I have no minutes left to talk on the phone. When I called customer service of Vivacom, they were unable to explain why this happened. All the lady was able to do was to encourage me to choose a more expensive plan. Nonsense!

Unprofessional, Disgusting and very angry behavior from the customer service representatives at Vivacom. I had a conversation with "Vanya" who showed exactly how hateful and spiteful Vivacom can be.

And these people represent this "conglomerate". It is sad and pathetic how these representatives are not sanctioned or disciplined or trained in any way, shape or form.

they have been promising to solve connection issue for 4 days, and every time they tell another date. This is the second time, and I have been using the service less than 4 months.

Terrible! All the services!

Липсва елементарно 4G покритие в Пловдив. Липсва базово покритие в Пловдив!!! Липсва базово покритие в във втория по големина град в България! В най-големия квартал на Пловдив... Липсва базово покритие. Малките населени места са извън юрисдикцията на тази смешна фирма! Ако търсите скапана мрежа на баснословни цени това е вашата мрежа. Тази шайка нехранимайковци освен некомпетентно обслужване и непознаване на продуктите които предлагат Ви очакват още за първи път в България мижаво покритие и никакъв Интернет дори по най-скъпите черноморски курорти! Безхаберието на тази 30+ години прогонила компания Ви гарантира напълно загубени нерви и потрошено свободно време в безсмислени спорове с тази компания, която когато и да я забранят със закон все са закъснели. Пожелавам на цялата фирмата спечелените от мен пари да бъдат похарчени за лекарства и свещи, че и да не им стигнат.

Constantly the wifi runs at low speed or there is none at all in the last month or so. TV started going off as well. Terrible provider.

Terrible Internet connection, no visits and no help at all. Chose any other possible provider, but by no means VIVACOM

Horrible internet connection! Choose another provider and save yourself headaches.

Total disappointment, the entire building has no internet whole week, we are raising tickets, the technicians don't come, we can't connect to the managers, total disaster!!

Bad customer service, field engineers are only called engineers and for any more complicated issues they search for any excuses but not to try fix the problems. Why? Because they don't know how?? People who answer your calls in customer service are only called human and in reallity they are robots. Even an AI will do better job than them.

The internet connection is awful.Don't get caught in their lies.The commerisal says that its the best internet in my country,but my friends that are using another company's internet aren't having problems like mine.They are just a bunch of fraughts.

Would never use their wifi again. The repairmen that came over to see what's up weren't able to do anything and just showed me where there was good internet and how good their own connection was in comparison to mine. With 4 phones and 2 laptops in my home I believe that there is no way that the connection could be that bad for everyone but their own devices. Next month I'll get rid of the contract because it gets worse with every month

Very bad experience....I have to replace one phone that I buy and they don't want to give me exactly the same phone ...specifically I bought in black color and they want to give me light blue...I expected to to receive back the phone that I buy ...

You go to the ring mall to VIVACOM
No one speaks one word of English !!

In some local stores I would understand this. But in a big mall, with lots of foreigners …

Hire quality staff. And not morons who look at you if your speaking Chinese

We have constant technicale issues. The technicians came several times, but they cand find where the issue comes from. We are not able to quit the contract without paying a high cancelation fee, since they don't see any problems in their computers...

Ужасно разочарована, че се сблъсках с Вашата услуга обслужване на клиенти и имах нужда от Вашето съдействие, незнам кой Ви дава право да подвиквате по телефона на клиенти и да го обиждате и то клиенти на повече от 10 години, силно разочарована, никакво съдействие, блокирана wifi мрежа-съответно невъзможно използване на услугата която се заплаща от мен години наред, отвратително държание от Вашите служители,това е недопустимо!!!! В крайна сметка нищо, освен един Г-н да ми обяснява, че аз нищо незнам и неразбирам и аз да се свържа с моя IT специалист за да ми обясни какво да правя и да Ви предам след това тази информация, ми хелллооооо ти къв си? Случайно не си ли подръжка на интернета и не трябвали да знаеш как се чистат грешки и пренастройва? Съдействие не получих, ситуациата е същата, просто сте дъ бест!!!!!!
