Great price,great quality, quick delivery

Thé website is easy to navigate. There was a wide selection to chose from in design,materials and finishes.
The contact regarding delivery was good. The delivery man was polite and helpful. The doors and arrived in excellent condition. Cannot comment as yet upon the handles packs as they are not due to be fitted until next week.

The whole process was very good, from start to finish, even down to the delivery.
If I ever need another door I will use Vivid Doors again.

Ordered 3 oak doors .Yhe communication was good informing me of my allocated delivery slot. This day was not convenient for me so another day was arranged . Had confirmation on the day of delivery and the drivers phoned me to say what time they would be arriving.. very pleasant drivers and carried the items in very carefully.
I would recommend vivid doors and will be placing another order for more doors within the next few months .

Good customer service when I had an issue with the item I had ordered.l

Ordered an internal door which arrived scratched/damaged. The damage was reported after delivery, however the company refused any replacement or resolution citing a 48‑hour reporting policy in their Terms & Conditions.
Despite this, under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods should arrive in satisfactory condition and retailers remain responsible for transit damage. Instead of helping resolve the issue, the company repeatedly relied on their internal policy and dismissed the complaint entirely.
Very disappointing customer service and poor aftersales support, especially considering their own website advertises a 10‑year warranty on internal doors. I expected a reasonable resolution for a product that was clearly not delivered in acceptable condition.

Excellent customer service with tracking technology and estimated time of delivery. Made experience very easy. Polite and courteous courier too.

The delivery came and one of the doors was missing. They said the delivery of the final doors would need to be rescheduled but this was an urgent order as we had the joiner booked in. In the end we have had to arrange collecting the final door which is over an hour away just so we could get the job done. The doors look good quality but unfortunately this has meant extra cost and time for us to collect. The company didn’t offer to cover this cost or anything.

Delivery service were awfal. Cant get hold of anyone on the phone and never answer an email. Drivers rude and Intimidating. Boxes all damaged upon delivery but product was ok.

Had the doors I require. Quick turnaround.

I posted a negative review a couple of weeks ago when my order arrived piecemeal and I was unable to contact anyone.

Things have changed since then and Jesse is making every effort to rectify the delivery problem.

Absolutely no complaint with the value and quality of the product so I have no hesitation recommending this firm.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!……I ordered a French door complete kit….when really it should say French door set without hinges….handles…or lever!….after being told by there own website bot chat the doors come fully complete WITH handles..hinges..lever…I mean surely that is what a COMPLETE KIT is surely???? So when I phoned them to say about this I was told it’s just the doors and frame nothing else, so when I told them I had a screen shot of the chat stating I was told the set was complete with Everything, I was told to email the screenshot and they would see what they could do….so after 3 emails to them I still got no response from them.so I phoned them to be told it was a error of there chat bot and it shouldn’t have said that to me?!….i was offered £15…however with that £15 i had to buy 6 hinges and 4 handles!!…so please anyone ready this stay away from this company the after sales is absolutely ridiculous!!!..They mis sale there products to get your money then leave you high and dry. Maybe as a company they should re train there after team staff into keeping customers happy when the customer has been mis sold one of there products!…..the INCOMPLETE French door kits it should say!
