First class service delivered to the room door was being fitted. Quality of the door was top notch certainly enhanced our kitchen.

I’d like to thank Josh who delivered my doors today. He was respectful of my property from start to finish and the communication was brilliant as I had to be present for the order. He contacted the day before to confirm order and timeframe, the morning of the order then shortly after to say he would be earlier than anticipated. He was professional and friendly during the delivery and carried all my doors in for me.

We placed a large order for approximately 13 to 14 doors; however, there was a delay of one week in their delivery which was very frustrating. Furthermore, the order was missing the door handles. Since that time, I have made several attempts to contact customer service and have been on hold for over an hour (literally!!), remaining at caller #1. I have been doing since last two days. I have yet to successfully connect with Vivid Doors. This review is prompted by my inability to reach them and the delay in receiving my order. I would appreciate if I receive a call back on my door handles asap from customer service. Its really unacceptable kind of after sale service.

I ordered one set of 5 doors. All damaged beyond repair. The delivery company send drivers who could barely speak English and signed the job off immediately so they didn't have to load the doors back up.
You cannot get hold of anyone in the sales or aftersales department. This lead to 2 1/2 hours on phone queues. Their excuse is they are incredibly busy.
Vividdoors offered to keep the damaged doors for a refund or have them picked up again. Only then would I receive a refund. This left me with nearly £700 out of pocket.
I reordered another set of doors which were more expensive as the previous order was now out of stock.
These arrived today. Different delivery company 3 out of 5 doors damaged. Again, job signed off before I had inspected all doors. Almost an hour into the waiting line with caller 1 in the queue they don't pick up.
Quick to take your money but zero customer service or business integrity.

Great product great service

This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever dealt with. The complete lack of integrity is shocking. I was given delivery estimates that were clearly misleading, and not once was I proactively informed about delays. Instead, I’ve been left chasing for answers the entire time.

What’s even worse is the total disregard for customers once they have your money. Emails are simply ignored — I’ve now been waiting over 7 days without a single response. No update, no explanation, nothing. It’s beyond unprofessional.

It genuinely feels like you are told whatever suits them at the time, regardless of whether it’s true or not. The lack of honesty and accountability is unacceptable.

If you value your time, money, or sanity, stay well away. I would never use this company again and would strongly warn others to do the same.

Absolutely awful. Completely wrong doors been delivered this morning, delivery driver refused to take them back, can't get a hold of anyone by email or phone !!

Great communications from placing the order to the doors being delivered today, Josh who delivered them was excellent, we will definitely use again and recommend to others

Ordered 6 doors from Vivid doors. Unfortunately 2 doors were damaged beyond repair. In response to Vivid doors. Incorrect information presented by Vivid doors. It was 2 doors that were damaged not 1 as mentioned in your reply. This was due to poor protective packaging not the courier. Compensation of £80 was for 1 door only. We had a joiner booked to fix the doors so could not risk any delays so Vivid doors provided no other options only take it or leave it. So Im £275 out of pocket. The free door handles I had to ask for because at point of purchase your website didn't provide any option to choose. Please note Im not in the habit of replying to companies like this but when I receive a reply full of nonsense and dare I say, false news, to make out Im the issue and you did everything to resolve my concerns I will respond. Honesty goes a long way with many customers and Vivid doors simply failed.

Delivered promptly and high quality door, in the top 5 of doors I've fitted

First time using Vivid Doors and I have been very impressed.Easy to use site that had exactly what I was looking for. Rapid communication and delivery. Very happy with the doors when they arrived via the Vivid courier who was very helpful and efficient.

Delivery was quick and on time. Very easy to order and delivery driver contacted us the night before.

Ordered fire door and Ironmongery . Got a delivery date and confirmation then wasn't received on that day and was delivered the following day. Door was and In good condition but no Ironmongery. Emailed after sales and no no reply. Especially when paying large delivery charge. Will not use again

Great quality doors. Considered buying from another company, but glad I didn't as the quality of these doors are of a far superior finish and look great.

Initially very pleased with efficient ordering and for booking of delivery. However, come delivery, only 1 of 2 doors ordered were delivered. Awaiting answer for location of 2nd item.
Possibly logistics company fault but an assurance to rectify asap would help when things go wrong!

From start the Web site was excellent good choice and value for the interior door I required.
Then the delivery was first class able to track and brilliant driver.

Food delivered damaged 2 weeks ago, no response to e-mails, just had to hold on for 30 minutes to speak to someone.
