The door was not quite as glossy as I would have liked. Unfortunately it was not packed as well as it should have been, the cardboard was torn and there was a small chip on the edge of the door.

Really easy ordering process and fast…
Really easy ordering process and fast delivery. Bit of a communication issue meant some incorrect doors were sent - but these were very quickly replaced!
Only issue - with the manufacturer is that the door literature was stuck over the fire door sticker with very sticky glue - meaning half the sticker came off - but vivid doors have been excellent from start to finish.

We found the door prices competitive
We found the door prices competitive. We are still awaiting the delivery of the Fire door which we find very disappointing.
I made contact and spoke with Charlie he was very helpful and reassured me that I would receive confirmation that the fire door would be chased up !!
Charlie offered to send out part of the order which would allow us to install six of them.
I made another call and spoke with Abbie and explained what Charlie had advised again I was very impressed with how our situation was sorted out.
Please pass my thanks to them both they are a credit to your company.
Just looking forward to the Fire door being delivered.

First time I've ordered 2 doors.…
First time I've ordered 2 doors from vivid doors. From start to finish everything went perfect and excellent service. The fire door was quite heavy and the delivery driver took it in the house by himself where I wanted it. I was always wary of ordering online for doors but now if I want anymore doors I will be ordering again from vivid doors.

We can see on the system that your delivery failed due to restrictions at your address that we had no prior notification of before delivery was attempted.
Due to this failing on the first attempt the order had to go back to the delivery depot to be rescheduled for another day once we had information from yourselves on the restrictions.
We can only apologise for the inconvenience this has caused.
Absolutely shocking service
Absolutely shocking service. Their staff are rude, disinterested and unhelpful. In fact I am still awaiting a call back from one of their supervisors that I was promised 2 weeks ago. You can buy exactly the same doors at the same prices elsewhere and if I had my time over again that is precisely what I would do.
I also now want to respond to the reply from Vivid Doors. I believe that the response is economical with the truth.
I was not provided with any delivery details prior to the “missed delivery “ the first I knew was when I received a mail telling me that it would cost £40 to rearrange delivery. I accept I never paid this but the only reason the doors were delivered were because I phoned the courier who were very helpful and arranged delivery the following day without ever mentioning any charge. I was told that the couriers would not deliver the following day. So the message is if you are reading this review is if you buy from this site be aware that if things don’t go to plan you will not get any help from Vivid Doors.
I must also say the fitted doors look great !

Hi Chris, We are sorry to hear you are unhappy with the service received. We can see on the system that the first delivery attempt failed, however as the suppliers could not show that a delivery date had been arranged with yourself the redelivery was arranged free of charge.
From when the issue was raised with ourselves we can see that new contact information was provided on the 11th , the couriers called you on the 12th with a redelivery scheduled in for the 13th. We understand these delays are frustrating however we have tried to get this resolved as quickly as possible for you.
The doors that you have ordered come directly from the manufacture JB Kind who book in and organise their own deliveries, if you had ordered these doors from another retailer these would have been delivered by the same courier as JB Kind deliver all of their own products.
We can only apologise for the inconvenience this has caused you.

This order was delivered by Rhenus who is a third party courier that we use to deliver our orders, unfortunately they experienced an internal issue affecting multiple orders with yours unfortunately being one of them. We completely understand your frustration in trying to get a redelivery date and can only apologise that this took much longer than expected. We are in the process of bringing in our own delivery fleet to enable us to have more control over deliveries and provide a more consistent, reliable service to our customers.
