I had the best service today with Vicky, I showed him some photos of what I wanted in terms of colour/blonde highlights and he was supportive in the decision! He told me what everything was going to cost before fully consenting which was lovely! His personality was welcoming and was able to hold conversations! The end result was everything i wanted and i will be booking with him again

I had an amazing experience at Vivo Ponsonby on Franklin Hair Salon! I was nervous going at first but the moment I walked in I was greeted by Teniel with the warmest smile! I got a bronde balayage with was my first time & it was gorgeous! Teniel was really great with helping me pick what would suit me & her customer service was 10/10. Even the other workers around were friendly and the whole vibe was amazing. They called me & booked for me & transformed my hair! I recommend Vivo Ponsonby on Franklin & ask for Teniel! That girl is amazing and her skills are just as good.

Cleo is a master of hair , very professional with over 20 years of experience. Not only a great stylist , but an excellent manager and team leader. Definitely recommend visiting Cleo or any of the Northridge Plaza stylists.

I love the way Gemma does my hair and how lovely she is. Great conversation.

Emily is so friendly and does the best job ever

I’ve been box dyeing my hair for 3 years and was honestly so nervous to get it done professionally, but Tash absolutely smashed it. She made me feel so comfortable through the whole process and my hair turned out amazing 🤍

I have bought from Vivo Online several times. The dispatch of the products and service has been fantastic. Particularly this time, as I had a partially damaged product so I emailed the Online Team.
Julie has been amazing to deal with, she responded immediately and sent out a replacement of the damaged part. Fast, friendly communication and nothing was a problem. Thanks Julie :) Cheers Debs :)

Nikki made me feel so comfortable. She had such a calm, caring presence. She took the time to really listen to what I wanted, and she certainly delivered exactly what I wanted. I never felt rushed or unsure. I was completely comfortable the whole time. It felt less like an appointment and more like being looked after by someone who genuinely cared about how you feel.

Paula always listens to what I say about my hair and always provides me with options and alternatives.

Ash and Siobhan absolutely saved me today as I had an emergency when a big amount of my long hair got stuck in a curling device. They saved my hair with a lot of commitment and humour, thank you so so much.

Tina is an excellent hairdresser and a genuinely friendly person. I look forward to getting my haircut as she understands my instructions perfectly. I would never go elsewhere, if she is available.

Vivo Rolleston is always clean and the team are super friendly, welcoming and professional. Nicole is a brilliant stylist who listens, gives honest opinions and is a cutting and styling expert. I’ve never walked out unhappy with my haircut and look forward to every visit.
