Amazing customer service in the Airdrie Graham Street store yesterday (ML6 9XA)
Brian took time patience and effort to redeem enough from my waterlogged phone to transfer to a new phone
Have to say anytime we have gone into this store the two young men are so welcoming and helpful Would never dream of moving to anyone other than Vodaphone when this level of customer service is obviously the norm as other customers were leaving happy and grateful

Helpful young knowledgeable staff member

Airdrie store was great today
Airdrie store was great today, had a new SIM card sent out two days, it wouldn’t work so they swapped it over no problem and activated it for us right there and then. Would highly recommend
