Excellent Service at Forestside Branch
Visited Forestside store this morning to purchase a new phone and airtime plan.
We were looked after by a very helpful young lady called Victoria.
She was patient, very considerate of our lack of our technical knowledge, and explained everything clearly.
Victoria made the whole experience a pleasure.
This young lady is an excellent ambassador for Vodafone and deserves this praise. Couldn’t recommend her enough 🙂

Chris needs a bonus
The experience at the start was hugely frustrating due to Vodafone's verification procedures and the lack of customer support we received via the customer support telephone service but I went to the Vodafone store in Forestside shopping centre this evening and Chris was more than helpful. Really appreciated his help resolving an issue that previous Vodafone employees could not resolve.

The young lady was so very helpful and pleasant I was very well looked after and only came in to get my phone sorted out and went home with broadband as well nothing was a bother to her I will be back and recommend her to my friends

Would highly recommend this Vodafone shop, all of the staff were so lovely, professional and made me feel so relaxed and comfortable. Neil was my representative and was so efficient and wonderful at getting me the most optimised plans for a variety of needs I had. He was very professional and lovely to be a customer to.
