Went into the Vodafone store in Boston on Saturday looking for a galaxy watch. Well what can i say. Ivana the lovely lady in store not only sorted out new watches for my wife and i. We came away with new contracts and home broadband plus i need to mention the other lovely lady Jay. She is very knowledgeable and helped out with my other devices. Both are outstanding and great assets to Vodafone

My husband and I visited the Boston Vodafone store to look at dmart watches, but thanks to the outstanding help from Ivana, we left with having ordered our watches, secured new and cheaper SIM contracts, and arranged home broadband aswell.
Ivana was knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to explain all the options available to us without any pressure. Jay also assisted during the process, and together they made the whole experience smooth, hassle free, and incredibly efficient.
Excellent customer service from start to finish. Thank you both for making what could have been a complicated process so easy and straightforward. We would highly recommend this store and it's fantastic team.

Absolutely appalling service from Vodafone — saved only by the complaints team.
After spending over two hours with Vodafone support trying to upgrade a business mobile broadband line to unlimited data, I was repeatedly misled. I was explicitly told the order had been placed and that I could collect the SIM immediately from the Vodafone shop.
I then visited Vodafone Boston (3 Strait Bargate, PE21 6EE), where I was dealt with by Millie Ben. The experience in-store was genuinely shocking. From the outset, there was no attempt to help or resolve the issue. Instead, it felt like the focus was on obstructing, delaying, and frustrating me at every possible step, all while hiding behind the phrase “we’re just doing our job.”
Despite providing clear digital copies of my British passport and driving licence, I was forced to travel home to bring physical ID. When I returned, I was met with further unnecessary and disproportionate demands, including requests for company bank statements, which appeared entirely designed to delay matters rather than assist a business customer.
After all this, I was finally told that the SIM was not even available in store and would be delivered “tomorrow or the day after” — making the forced trips and ID demands completely pointless.
In summary:
• Vodafone support provided incorrect information
• The process had to be repeated multiple times
• Store staff made no genuine effort to help
• The in-store experience felt intentionally obstructive rather than supportive
This level of service is unacceptable for any customer, let alone a business account.
That said, credit where it’s due: once the issue was escalated, Vodafone’s Complaints Department handled the matter promptly and professionally. The problem was resolved quickly, and a token compensation was granted. Special thanks to Flavio from the complaints team, who dealt with the situation properly and restored some confidence in Vodafone.
