I sent my mum into store to buy a…
I sent my mum into store to buy a preloaded pay as you go sim for our Grandmother who is visiting as I know you sell them. They were instead sent to poundland with no guidance to get it there and to get a voucher because it would be 'easier'. I know it is not and now we have had issues using the voucher etc. They simply could not be bothered to help because it is not a contract. It would have been a less than 5 minute job for them but now because of a lack of basic customer service it has become a several hour issue for us. Not impressed.

He greeted me politely and asked me to explain the problem. I am almost 80 years so the technical words and phrases are difficult for me. Super Tom at Chippenham store
I received a very friendly welcome from Tom when I entered Vodafone CHIPPENHAM store on Saturday 27th June. I had an enquiry about the Vodafone tariff that I have. Tom was brilliant, explained my options clearly and offered suitable alternatives. When I consider an upgrade in the future I will have no hesitation in returning to Vodafone Chippenham. Ryan was amazing. We are in the older age bracket, he was so patient and knowlegable. We never felt rushed even the shop was busy or silly. He explained our options and what he thought would be best for us still leaving the end decision to us.

Ryan at the Chippenham store …
We went into the chippenham store in Wednesday and were served by Ryan. We were very frustrated by dealing with the online service trying to set up a new contract so decided face to face would be better. We are both pensioners and not exactly tech savvy. Ryan was extremely helpful and renewed our confidence in Vodafone. He was very patient and gave good advice. We will always go into store from now in and give the online service a miss. Thanks Ryan for exceptional customer service.
