Taz was brilliant, informed me of everything and helped me setting up. Took me from A to Z. Angel in disguise, I was terrified to change my phone, delayed it over a year but she helped me so much and reassured me. Thank God Taz is here!

After feeling like I had been sold the wrong product in another store, I came to the Halifax store to discuss my concerns. I spoke to Tommy, who I felt, listened to me and understood my concerns.
