I went into the store and spoke to a chap named Daniel. I had issues with the phone for months, especially with viruses. Gave him the phone and he cleaned within minutes. He also ended up reducing my bill. Great service.

Went to the Vodafone store with my wife…
Went to the Vodafone store with my wife and sat with Daniel. We were paying a lot of money. He sat us down, took his time, explained everything we needed to know. Sold. We signed new contracts. The service was fantastic. Never disappointed when i visit the High Wycombe branch.

I had a very measurable experience with the company i was before. I went to the store in Wycombe with open mind thinking it will be the same thing here. I was wrong.
