Super easy and efficient process to upgrade my phone in store. Lovely staff, Dylan listened to my preferences and advised me what phone and airtime plans to get, not making pushy sales but explained all the options really well.

My day out
Went in store at the Hove branch, spoke to Gary. Easiest interaction with a Vodafhonian I’ve ever had. You guys gotta clone Gary and distribute him throughout the company. If I have to answer another fortnightly call from Vodafone offering me deals that I don’t want, you better hope it’s Gary calling. If it’s not, then I’m gonna scream down the phone in a tone only dogs can hear, but it’ll leave lasting damage. Unless it’s Gary, then I’ll probably upgrade to whatever nonsense is on the cards. He was a class act.
