I hate updating phone / contracts etc…
I hate updating phone / contracts etc and was very vocal about this when going into store! Shamima was just brilliant, patient, knowledgeable and understanding she was exactly who I needed Infront of me!
I had to come back to store to complete over the next few days, the staff I encountered Jack D and Hakim alongside Shamima were just excellent 👍

Jack C at the Huntingdon Vodafone shop was our advisor today.I required a new phone and was shown the best for my requirements and budget. As an older customer not very phone savvy, I was treated with respect and patiently explained everything in an easy to understand way. I would definitely recommend the service I had from Jack C and give him and the shop 10+

We were served by Shamima
We were served by Shamima, as we were looking to change our broadband provider. We were getting terrible service and speed from BT and at an even worse price. The whole experience was really easy and clear and we have arranged to have our new broadband to be installed next Wednesday. We are really happy with the service we have had so far
