Hakim was absolutely brilliant with me
Hakim in the Huntingdon store was absolutely brilliant with me. I really struggle to understand things and he went above and beyond to help me with an issue with my sim and PAC code which didn’t even relate to a vodafone sim but with an old one but he gave me so much of his time regardless. Really recommend going into this store if you need help with anything. Thank you Hakim for your knowledge and brilliant explanations.

Great service from Hakim, Shami and Abi
My name is Dimitar,and i received a Great service from Shami and Abi from Huntingdon store. Hakim the manager is an absolute professional, he helped choose my new phone Google Pixel Pro 9XL. He gave thorough insights about the device also compared the phone with Apple and Samsung giving me exceptional information about why my latest device is very efficient.

Abi - upgrades and billing issues help.
Abi helped me in store when I was upgrading my mobile phone plan and watch plan.
Abi’s diligence and knowledge also identified a discrepancy within my billing and this allowed me to raise a relevant complaint in order to get the refund I was owed. Abi is a credit to the store and extremely helpful, she should be commended for her exceptional customer service ability.

Go see Hakim at the Huntingdon store
The service I received from Hakim , Tech 110544. Huntingdon store was outstanding, I was after 2 upgrades for myself and husband, he found us both great deals including everything we wanted, and also a little bonus for me a chromebook. Hakim in total spent 2 hours with me finding the deals and then helping with data transfer and showing me all the new apps on my new phone as my previous phone was quoite a few years out of date.

What a lovely experience I had in the Huntingdon store today.
They were just about to close when I went in. Hakim the store manager was so helpful he went above & beyond to help me & managed to sort the problem I had with my phone out.

The SIM card was activated within minutes and has excellent coverage and speeds. The home WiFi installation was prompt and reliable.
