I had an issue with my number and it wasn’t solved over the phone but I popped in to Vodafone store at Kings Road and Mara was being able to fix all my issues and she was able to get my number back. She’s amazing and she did all her best to support me and not letting me down. Thank you Mara!!!

Absolutely appalling experience and store manager
Absolutely appalling experience. Not sure I would return. A customer for almost 30yrs, the male "manager" I encountered (after opening a locked front door?!) should be fired. Have escalated a formal complaint against him and the store (which has been superbly handled by head office). If only you could give 0 stars or less. I have since learnt that this is now a Vodafone 'franchise/partner' store and not 'company operated' which would explain why it is no longer fit for purpose! Avoid.
