Friendly and Helpful
I have been with Vodafone for years. Whenever I am due an upgrade I go into the store. I prefer to do this rather than online and I find all the staff extremely friendly and helpful.

When making my purchase, Gary was knowledgeable,helpful and unfailingly patient with all my questions.
