I visited Vodafone this morning because I wanted to get a new iPhone 18 Pro Max. I was lucky enough to be assisted by Mr. Kiran, who was extremely kind, professional and helpful.
I had met Mr. Kieran before, and once again he provided excellent customer service. He was patient, respectful and genuinely took the time to help me with everything I needed.

Avneesh sorted my phone out in 30 seconds. Could have taken advantage and charged me for a procedure that was not needed. Brilliant customer service everyone super friendly. Can’t recommend any more!
