Estrea, the member of staff that assisted me was very knowledgeable and helpful she was able to sort out a problem I'd had since buying the phone more than 2 weeks earlier, I had spoken to 6 members of staff on the phone went through troubleshooting with 3 if them with no resolve, but Estera was able to locate the issue 😀

Tobi useless but Liam in Leigh store did a really good job.
5 stars refers to Liam in Leigh store. I don't fault the telephone advisers I spoke to over a few days but no resolution to problem achieved. Tried to use Tobi initially & it was useless.
Liam in store worked the problem with patience and acknowledged my frustration which had built up over 3 days. Date of experience below relates to Liam's work

Very helpful staff
Very helpful staff. Easy to understand what was involved. Two visits made to arrange and give me time to think about what I wanted to do. Easy to transfer old phone to new phone. Amy and Becki both very helpful and efficient.

Messed up my Credit report
Vodafone have really stressed me a lot, I was with them for over 10 years and when I decided to change networks they charged me money and I questioned why I was being charged when I had been a good customer. In the end was put on default on my credit report when I went into store to check what was happening I was told I don’t owe them the charge was cancelled after I had disputed the payment. Now the issue is on my credit file, its still showing as default every month even after over 6 months when I went into store and was told it will go away, this is really frustrating as I’ve tried emailing TransUnion Consumer Service but are busy too.
