Helpful staff, knowledgeable, advised on options. Did take a lot longer to process device/ airtime plan upgrade than I could do myself online - Vodafone UK should really review how their systems support customer facing colleagues.

Customer service - very friendly and helpful. Above & beyond the necessary. In particular Anjali, who spent 40 mins sorting a bill query with Vodaphone billing. This was after upgrading my phone.
