I don’t normally leave reviews, but Chelsea at Vodafone was brilliant from start to finish. I was having a bit of a nightmare trying to sort everything out, and she was patient, friendly and genuinely wanted to help. She kept me updated, explained everything clearly without any jargon, and made the whole process far easier than I expected.
It’s rare to come across customer service like this these days, so I thought it was only right to leave a review. Chelsea is a real credit to Vodafone. Thanks again for all your help!

Kerry from the Northwich branch is very professional, explains how she is going to sort out your problem and then does it, whilst we were there she had another customer waiting for her and she also politely told him how long she was going to be and apologised for keeping him waiting. Great experience at this store. After being unable to sort a new phone and contract online and over the phone I decided to go in store. Will sorted me out with a great offer and all sorted in 20 mins! Brilliant customer service!
