Great help when needed
Having struggled to migrate my data from one phone to another and set up an eSIM for which the QR code did not work I called into Vodafone in Oxford hoping for help. I was welcomed in a very professional manner and then assisted by Nathan who was absolutely brilliant in helping a 60something get back on track. He took the time to make sure everything worked and I left a happy and more loyal Vodafone customer. Thank you.
I see Nathan has other positive comments - clearly a good man.

Irgisa - wonderful customer service
Irgisa was absolutely wonderful, super patient with my mum’s phone plan as she doesn’t speak the best English, and made us feel very comfortable. Lovely person, couldn’t say the same for the manager, not sure of his name but he was very rude, unprofessional and unwelcoming. Irgisa should be manager

Fantastic added service
My wife and I went in to Vodafone Oxford for some guidance on how to use the My Vodafone app, which Dan quickly provided.
